if powers can be transferred like what tianxi did to qiao ling then lu guang might've gotten cheng xiaosi's ability

Seems like powers are transferred or can be transferred when an ability user dies as seen with tianxi. Lu Guang must have gotten cheng xiaoshi power after he died and went back in time to change the timeline or something..
