| Volume 5, Chapter 5: This chapter would have hit much harder if it wasn't the exact same story from a manga called Sickness into Death that was published years earlier. The twist falls flat the second time you see it, and the manga handled the twist better. The key problem is that this story was less about Kaede and more about Sakuta. Having a clearer perspectives of Kaede's fears of disappearing and possibly her attempts to stop herself from disappearing would have been nice to see. |
