Where do I continue? please tell me

After watching one of the best anime of all time I was hoping for a season 5 but that's probably not gonna happen. I heard I can continue off this season in the manga so can someone tell me which manga and chapter to continue on. Also the ln (which I'm most likely not gonna read) I like to read manga more than ln.

@ryoougi It's sad how theres onl;y 45 chapters left of the series. I got hooked to this anime off of watching tiktok and got hooked to the show eaily. So it's just kinda sad that there such few content.

yeah, the final arc goes hard, and it ended in a good way. one of my favourite series of all time
