watch anime according to its release date. and in last watch the movie. that is happy ending where kurisu as well as okabe both are alive at the end of movie.

I can very well feel your temptation, or maybe you're preparing your mind if there is a Attack on Titan ending (AOT's ending is not bad but it literally took a year from my life), but you should watch without any spoiler to let the ending hit hard.

If you dont wanna watch it in the chronological order, dont even bother watching the other ovas and steins 0, just watch the original steins, the poriomania ova and the deja vu movie and be happy with your little story.

The chronological order is kinda correct but still the wrong way to watch the series, because it destroys the pacing and the lived experiences of *this* Okabe.

Just watch each series all the way through without interleaving and enjoy them the way they are.

@xXCaptainJXx Actually, no, you are wrong and this is why I say that people who recommend the Chronological Order are a bunch of noobs, it's not even chronological because chronologically speaking, Steins;Gate 0 happens BEFORE Steins;Gate even begins, you aren't even following the same Okabe in those animes, the Okabe from Steins;Gate is different from the Okabe of Steins;Gate 0.

In reality, to reach the ending of Steins;Gate, multiple Okabes iterations needed to take place, there were probably hundreds or thousands of Okabes from previous iterations, and the Okabe we followed in the anime of Steins;Gate 0 is an Okabe of that iteration, the final iteration is the Okabe that we get in Steins;Gate and he happens to be the one who succeded and got his happy ending but to get that happy ending, plenty of other Okabes in the previous iterations needed to fail.

That dumb order you noobs like to recommend is not chronological, it's just a dumb fan-made order created by another noob who didn't understand shit about Steins;Gate.

Watch it in chronological order if you want to remove all the suspense and devolve Steins;Gate into a crappy shounen with tons of time travel plot holes. There's a reason why they made the first one first.

I would watch he og series first and sg0 is optional in my opinion; its just a alternate version of events, to og series which as well told, you do get to see more of our beloved cast which is why i watched it. movie ending last obvs
