Second, you can think of the Misaka Network more like a group chat, they all report to each other. It's not exactly one single thought, there are lots of shared thoughts, some clones can and will try to argue against each other's opinions, especially later on, for example with some developing feelings for certain people as seen in Index II. So to answer your question if a sister were to experience sexual intercourse the exact feelings both physically and emotionally would get transmitted to the whole network as a "report" or message.
