| I knew nothing about this anime before watching the first two episodes; just clicked on it out of boredom. I get the distinct feeling it was funded by the Japan Tourism Bureau. For an elf four times the MMC’s Earth age, Marie seems rather immature. Perhaps it squares with her status as a student. For some reason I expected her to be more worldly. I wish the MMC wasn’t so bland and timid. It’s like a disease so many anime share. How about a quietly intelligent, resourceful, compassionate, confident man sometime? I can relate to that. Marie is drawn in a few cheeky situations, clearly to draw the male gaze. Will it be enough to get an ecchi tag? I wonder if the source material goes there. The MMC (I forgot his name already) has a job, which he has to go back to. He’s a salaryman doing something forgettable, yet defying norms by clocking out at 6pm sharp daily. I wonder how much we’re going to see of Marie exploring Japan solo while he’s at work, even though she knows no Japanese and presumably has no money. The animation has its good and not-as-good moments. The OP and ED are forgettable. The story reads like a tourism brochure with a tiny, tiny bit of DND thrown in. But man, only a dolt of an adventurer would walk up to a sleeping dragon without enough foreknowledge/preparation just to see her eggs. *facepalm* |
| As usual dragons can transform into humans, that answers the question who the other girl in the opening is. So far this show is good I guess? Not anything special so far, but enjoyable. |

| Kazuhiro taking Marie to see the cherry blossoms, it certainly is a feeling he wouldn't have it any other way, though the priority is still focusing on getting Marie back home. From the outside, right to Kazuhiro's room, Marie trying to bath for the first time, it's also a new feeling that exposes a new side to him. The first homemade meal being Katsu-don, and this instantly triumphs everything that Marie had tried up to this point, though there're still things that can't be brought over back and forth, and vice versa. And what if they can go back to the dream world and face the Arkdragon, that is still the problem left to resolve. All that's left to do is to sleep together on the same bed, matching the same positions as to how they came from. Indeed, that worked and brought the both of them back to the Arkdragon to try and negotiate terms with it, and Kazuhiro banking on alcohol to relieve its anger to see its eggs, certainly does the trick. And the smell from the Katsu-don Kazuhiro packed for lunch, certainly invigorates the Arkdragon's conversion into a draconian to want to try both the food and alcohol. Trading that for a dragon's scale certainly brings wealth and war, but a magic stone imbued in dragon's blood, Marie can't say no to it because it's very valuable. Kazihiro sure dropped the "tell the story to our kids" plot, though this is still far from their relationship progressing till this level. |

| Kazuhiro and Mariabelle look so cute together! Thanks to Kazuhiro’s brilliant strategy, they managed to escape the Arkhdragon’s lair unscathed. Pretty sure that Arkhdragon will tag along with them soon. Having a character like that around would definitely spice up the romance between Kazuhiro and Mariabelle! |

| interesting to see that some "monsters" in the isekai world can actually be not aggressive if you know their language. Just like the lizard man in episode 1, Kazuhiho just have to talk to the dragon and give it what it want. and good thing they let the legendary ark dragon know that Katsudon and Beer are only from the other world. The dragon might have wiped an entire village if the people there did not have any Katsudon to give. lol |
