We finally meet Izumif, the creator of the MIRUs, and it turns out Airu was the one who named them. Pochimaru is the cutest robot dog—but surprisingly, he’s actually the core AI of the MIRU system.

Like the last episode, war remains a central theme, but this time we see the aftermath of the great war that led to the cooling. In an effort to erase the war, Izumif and Pochi traveled to the past, but they got caught in a dimensional rift and ended up crashing in this era.

The interactions between Airu and Izumif were funny at times—especially during the shrine scene when Airu called Izumif a kid or when they argued over how to refer to Pochimaru. At first, Izumif comes off as the uncaring type, but when the earthquake started, he was clearly worried for Airu—even if he ran off for his own safety at first. At the same time, we saw Airu’s kindness as she went back for Pochimaru so it could escape with Izumif and help save everyone.

What really impressed me is how Airu, having lost her mother at a young age, survived all alone for years despite still being a kid—it raises questions that may never be answered. And Izumif? Earning a doctorate at just 10 years old is seriously impressive.

This episode was fun to watch, with charming moments between Airu and Pochimaru and also between Airu and Izumif. It really felt like the origin story of the MIRUs and how this event sets them on the path to influencing other timelines for the better.

I guess we will have to wait for our MIRU to awaken!
I hope it happens soon because the earth needs all of the help it can get.

This anime was made from the intention of "I want to make the world a better place to live", and while it tackle all kind of real world problems ranging from war to climate change, it doesn't provide any answer. It's actually up to us to find the answer ourselves and save the world, in our own way.

My 333rd completed series chronologically.

For the record, I extended it a 5/10 rating.

Strange anime with different art styles. I thought this was story about space, turned out to be collection of short stories.

Who the white haired girl in the beginning is never explained. Looking at the beginning it seems that the Mirus are different robots sent to different time but never explained more.

Sad that the story is not explored more, this anime has potential to be good.

Overall just okay.
