What an absolute garbage of a show, the main trio so helpless that they can't even see how down bad they are....
I was thinking that after EP3 it could not go any lower, and yet here we are... A generous 4/10 for this trash can on fire. |

| Love that ending. It's great to see the people around Yuu and Himari helping them realize their true feelings. Sometimes you really do need the help of others to open your mind. Himari's always cute when she's shy, but her "Bwa-hee-hee" is on a different level. I knew I was gonna enjoy this season when I watched the first episode, and I'm glad I wasn't proven wrong. Have always liked Himari, so I really enjoyed this season. Hope a second season is coming. 8/10 |

| Shinji and Hibari are the GOAT lmao. Now Yuu and Himari are together, I think it's the right ending, pretty straightforward and simple in the end but it works. That was a basic love triangle except for a few elements but overall it sure was entertaining. |

Honestly, I wanted to like this episode more, but it feels like the script goes out of its way to prevent the story from having any real impact. This whole situation with Kureha ended up being a poorly disguised excuse to push Yuu back into his “growth arc,” completely ignoring everything he had already shown up to this point.
Himari going to Tokyo “just because,” Makishima showing up again like he’s the official villain of the universe and solving everything with money… it turned into a theater of the absurd. It feels like the characters have no real agency. things happen because the writer needs them to happen, not because the characters would actually do those things.
And the worst part: the resolution of the confession was dropped in so poorly and with such bad timing that it completely lost its emotional weight. It had potential, but it was wasted to fit into a plot that was already all over the place.
In the end, Rion and Hibari held up what little there was to hold onto. But overall? A well-meaning mess, poorly executed.

| @Mari_Max the whole point of her going to tokyo was a direct consequence of her actions. she kept lying about her feelings the entireeeeee show and the tokyo thing was her mistake(s) materializing into that result, her brother LITERALLY tells her to be more honest and when she finally is honest it resolves. it also tied up that 3rd friend's arc because he owed blue hair girl if u remember he said he would do whatever it takes to help her and he did. |

| Unforgivable crap. A complete waste of time. I kept my mouse on the time counter the entire time to see how much more of this crap I had left. One of the worst-written characters I've ever had the "pleasure" of experiencing. The blue-haired cunt, who spent two years toying with the main character's feelings, suddenly changed her mind because the threat arose that the other girl might steal him. A completely spineless protagonist, but that's nothing new in rom-coms. And then there was the black-haired one, who was only there to play the rejected girl: "I'll be the blue-haired girl's best friend and Yuu's number one." "If I try, maybe you'll share Yuu with me." Who wrote these dialogues? A serious person writing a full-fledged light novel, or a 14-year-old girl writing fanfiction on Wattpad after middle school? 1/10 and unfortunately I will remember this anime for some time because I haven't felt so helpless, bored and frustrated watching anything in a long time. |
| Good ending. Thankfully both the main characters finally became decisive and confirmed their relationships. Moreover, I forgive blue hair for her past actions because she actually learned about her past mistakes and grew from them into a better person (I hope.) Additionally, the other girl is strange and isn't great enough to bemoan her 'losing' the competition, however, she's great for helping her friends out. Finale note: cutest bwe-he-he-he I've seen yet. |

| Y'know, I regret abt being hyped for Himari when she's mostly a c tier character at best damn. The op song carried this anime though so there's that. |

| This anime was far from the best rom-com I've watched but it did have some funny moments. None of the characters felt realistic and I'm not a fan of the flippant character drama portrayed here. The young middle schooler Himari felt like a more beautiful mature version of her than her current high school persona that we just witnessed. I don't know what's up with that. I did enjoy watching some parts here and there but as a whole it felt like a very mediocre rom-com. Overall 6/10 I guess. |
