| This show is the most comfy moment of the week. :) Fuji spent some quality time with her friends Mimi and Ren, and later on the beach with You. Such a wholesome moments. Ren totally fell in love with You, hehe. Well, You is definitely the epitome of cuteness. |

| Another comfy episode. Fuji had some nice quality time with her friends which was really nice to see. Can't believe You straight up just said "no" to Mimi when she wanted a double high-five, kind of crazy not gonna lie. Fuji and You spending time at the beach was super wholesome. I love this anime so much. 5/5 |

| This episode was sweet! Having friends in your life is such a wonderful thing. Honestly, her friends are also really kind and good-hearted people. This week’s episode was *much* better than last week’s — at least not *everyone* around her is crazy this time. The anime is so calm, I swear it’s stronger than melatonin! It actually helps you fall asleep effectively! See you next week! Goodbye. |
| Still just a 6/10 for me, I think this is even more focused on the MC girl than the OL-cat anime from the other season, honestly it is a little stressful to watch when you pressure the plot like this. In the end if the audience does not like the MC for what or how she is then it's game over, so really this is a hit-or-miss for people watching this anime. Personally I am just ok, but I can also see how this anime would have been so much better if there are more characters around the MC or something that adds more colors to everything |
| We got the best of both worlds today in Fuji hanging with her friends AND a solo beach trip at the end. Very enjoyable ride today as always and it’s nice to see her best friends and our little furry friend instantly taking a liking to each other! I think this episode actually does a great job of showcasing Fuji’s nature and I relate so much. She’s basically an introvert who likes spending time with her friends, but also really treasures alone time and peace and quiet. I’m the exact same way, I love chilling with people for a while and then after a couple of hours, I’m ready to be by myself and do what I wanna do.π It’s so sweet that Mii and Ren have been willing to accommodate that forever, even going back to high school when they’d eat lunch with her while she reads a book and is silent. Real friends. Even if she doesn’t say it a lot, you know Fuji appreciates it! Really chill and cute episode!! |

| Beach comfy episode yes please. Fuji has some great friends and its always such a good moment having such nice company & amazing friends who know you properly and how you vibe. Also when the friends love your new pet is a bonus~ :3 Another good way to end off the episode with a beautiful sunset and fujis precious smile   |

| A touch of an animation drop off, but another soothing episode with a couple new characters introduced. Passes the 3 eps test. Much better stress relief than any chill pill. |
| That was more that type of beach episode. Solo beach trip for the win. Nice to see that Fuji has some nice friends in her life, even if she generally prefers her own company. |

| Huh, what a concept. An episode about a loner adult, Fuji, who goes to beach by herself but does so because she is more attuned to the natural fun of the beach rather than surface level games and swimming about. That's quite a bold character choice. Also, love the choice to color the beach in a more cool color palette as opposed to the high saturation and warm colors most anime go with. The one here is just pure comfort and fits Fuji very well. |

| Her friends are both nice people and really pretty. Some fun and amusing interactions with them and the dog. Blonde's really sweet. Some alone time at beach too. Really enjoying this so far. |

| I just love when he makes any of those sniffle or throaty sounds, idk how to describe them, when we focus on his goofy deeds. It makes him so CUTE and gives him lots of personality. | @ota92ppon Agreed, tbh. Somehow, I don't like Fuji or the tanuki much, so while I like the story itself, I find the interpersonal interactions kinda trying. There's literally nobody else in the anime who's an actual person, just random characters who show up as plot devices solely to emphasize that Fuji isn't a loner by chance, but by design. Strange, because I'm also a loner by choice, but I'd never call my dad/mum only to hang up on them mid-sentence or refuse to go somewhere with my friends only to end up sending them pictures of myself going to that same place alone, like... What? That's really strange behaviour, why would anyone do that? A better depiction of a loner-by-choice is probably Rin from Yurukyan. She has a good family and friends, but she prefers to be alone without trying to rub it in anyone's face - be it the in-universe cast's or the audience's. |

I agree, this is a solo-centric slice of life anime where there's practically almost NO plot and NO ensemble cast to keep people's ADHD in check. If you're bored then this anime isn't for you. Just drop it and move on. |

She enjoys her time spent there and partaking in certain solo activities like watching the water, the crowds, and nature in general; resting in the shade, dozing off into a nap, occasionally cooling off with a cold drink or some fruit, etc. But it doesn't align with others', like her friends', idea of fun, nor with her understanding of the popular usage and consideration of the term. These things, the minor and small-scale activities she's engaging in on her own when there (and now with You) might be personally "fun" to her in the sense of enjoyable if the term is being used synonymously with that but she hesitates to or refrains from calling it "fun" because she doesn't derive pleasure from or identify with others' idea of fun. Maybe she could just keep things simple, call it "fun", and let that be that, but this is obviously a character being portrayed who doesn't always fully recognize her own emotions and so will of course struggle with articulating and expressing them to anyone else. That's supported by the fact that she has two seemingly close best friends, she considers and refers to them as her best friends or something to that effect, they've been friends for however many years since they were teenagers in school together, and even they (or Mimi at least) state that they don't understand that side to her and why she does some of the things she does, like always turning down their beach invitations and then going by herself and sending the photos of herself there. If she were the kind of person who could explain herself clearly in a way that could be easily understood by her friends and others, then she would probably go to the beach with her friends to begin with and call it fun. |
