| Mountain climbing is very niche, so many people might not have watched it. Kokou no Hitto also thrives on its artwork, so I think an adaptation would have been extremely complex and costly, and probably not worth it financially. There are many great seinen manga that don't get adapted, simply because the main audience consists of younger people who are more interested in action-packed shonen than deep storys... |
