Do you think it will get one? It's been awhile since the manga started.

It may get one but it will not be very good unfortunately. Like so many good ecchi manga, which have been adapted into the anime, they are not treated well and are poorly adapted. Sadly I would fear the same for this.

Nah, it's published in a small magazine of ASCII Media Works, which is not that much involved in Animes to begin with, and got adaptations only for their extremely popular works. Chances of that Manga in particular getting an Anime is pretty much 0%.

Just finished reading chapter 46, and at the end of the chapter, the translator said that the authors of the manga stated on their fanbox that "the authors expressed an ambition to get a WagaYuri (Sorry, but I'm Not Into Yuri) anime". So yeah, the authors of the manga want their work to get an anime.
