I'd love to see Senerva with Xylo in action but it will take like half an episode to do that properly and I doubt they'll go that far. We can probably just expect to see some flashbacks of the courtroom lol.

@karrotStick According to someone who says they watched episode 1 in the preview, we won't have the animated scene, at least not in episode 1, but maybe they'll put this scene later in the story.
I was imagining the scene as something epic, with a soundtrack and emotional character acting, since we have Kouta Sugawa, who is very good at animating characters crying, but if that doesn't happen, I won't be disappointed.

@Desmascarado makes sense, ep1 would be too soon for non readers, we'll have to wait and see. It's fine even if they don't show it in s1 imo, hardly makes a difference. I just want them to put enough effort into Kivia (I still have a hard time believing Kivia isn't her first name) as a FL for now.
