| The addition of Detective Mitsuko Asatani is a breath of fresh air. Finally there's someone competent chasing down Cat's Eye. I liked the way they updated the sisters' method of fooling her (compared to the 1980's version) utilizing the insane technology of the modern era. Hopefully she will continue to be a prominent character in this remake as I always liked her character. It was clever to use her as a way of fleshing out the other detectives in the police force since they don't really have identities yet, and it would take too much time to give them individual episodes to shine. |

| Mitsuko Asatani is quite the perceptive detective. I found myself thinking "Cat's Eye is doomed with a smart lady like her on their trail." Yet technical sleight of hand via Mo-Cap and Video Recording resolved that issue for now. Great episode! |

| Really great episode New detective Asatani is certainly formidable and someone who will never give up I hope we see lots more of her. |
| I'm glad they had actually do something sort of sophisticated for once. Also funny how they were found out pretty much immediately once someone who isn't a complete moron looked at the case. |

| Asatani was very close to ending this case but she can't do anything about cats' eyes with a lot of advanced technology and an iPhone 15! |

| This felt like an episode of Sly Cooper in a way with Sly tricking Carmelita despite her being ready. I do like the new detective but her flaw was clear. She overplayed her hand too much and paid for it. I want more of her as she is really cool character. This has been such a fun show so far. |

| New detective, the classic trope of sending some bigshot from headquarters to solve the case and them being close to figuring out right away only to get misled last moment. The entire thing might be cliche now but not as much back when this first came out. |
