Can you please tell me if Ubel will appear or do something in this season or how much will be her presence overall?

In the second season, they will probably adapt: "Continued Journeys in the Northern Arc" and "Journeys to El Dorado Arc." I read it a while ago, but I don't remember much about Ubel appearing in those arcs; maybe she'll be mentioned, or maybe she'll even have a battle that I'm not remembering right now.

However, I'm up to date with the most recent chapters of the manga, and the characters from past arcs almost never reappear, or if they do, they don't have as much development as the newer characters. However, Ubel is active in the manga in the current arc.

As a huge ubel fan myself, I can tell you, that its nowhere near enough. In fact it's practically zero
but the season after that(if season 2 gets 2 cour's, which im pretty sure it is)she finally will get the long overdue screen time she deserves

Unfortunately you'll have to wait for season 3 for some serious Ubel content, and it'll take time because the manga keeps going on hiatus so nobody knows when the current arc is going to end. But trust me, it'll be worth it, she's amazing.

Ubel was originally written as a one off character like most side characters in the series are; after her unexpected popularity in the anime, the manga did bring her back, and she’s part of the current arc. However, it’s very unlikely that season 2 will get to this arc. So I’ll say it’s unlikely she’s in season 2 much, other than maybe a few flashbacks or one off scenes, but expect her to be back in season 3/a future movie
