| Rating your own teacher as the end of semester report is actually a brilliant idea. I can't believe such idea for a better relationship between the students and the teachers come from this show. I do actually agree with the teacher's stance of not liking the whole system of giving rating to his students. Giving such number or label is not a good look and it doesn't help to make the students want to improve or change. So giving the direct criticism or feedback is much better especially if they are handwritten directly which makes it even more personal and also impactful. But I do remember when I was still a student, my report book do have written feedback but they are mostly just a formality not an actual feedback like the one shown in the last minute of this episode. And yeah what the students state about this teacher just on point lol. |
