Yeah, I like Gachiakuta's art very much!

My #1 pick for "Best Anime Character Design and Artwork" goes to No Game No Life.

Hands down. Nothing compares to it.

I know that the next season of this anime will take like 2 , 3 years maybe more cuase the manga had low chapter up untill now but bro I can wait this anime is peak and the more you wait the better the taste becomes

As someone who absolutely loves Gachiakuta i'm glad to here this :)

Like the show or not it's undeniable it's art is a masterpiece, it 100% does the uniqueness of the manga justice

As for other anime i love the art of my top picks would be

Sanda
Gankutsuou
Hunter x Hunter (1999)
Perfect Blue
Otlaw Star
Yuri!!! On Ice
Oshi no Ko

And for stuff i unfortunately didn't enjoy so much

CLAMP's works have my favorite and, in my opinion, the most beautiful art. Cardcaptor Sakura is my top one in terms of anime. As for manga, it'd have to be xxxHolic, though the way they adapted it to anime (with the giant toothpick legs and tiny heads) was all wrong. It's one of the reasons I really want a new adaptation of it, as well as TRC.

Then, I also love the Detective Conan art, but not the current one, the one from just before they digitized the animation, back in the late nineties. It gives me such a warm and cozy feeling. The new Yaiba series makes me think that Wit Studio would be a great choice for the inevitable new adaptation.

Finally, I love Rumiko Takahashi's style. It has a timeless feel to it, which looks great in both traditional and modern animation.
