No, definitely not. It wasn't even in my tops of the winter season (that would go to series like Tasokare Hotel, Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte, and Sorairo Utility). Ultimately I gave it a 6/10. I finished it, of course (never rate anything without doing so), but writing-wise it was a little too much of an all over the place mess. I didn't hate or heavily dislike it though, or I obviously would have dropped it, and it had enough to appeal to me to encourage me to stick around to completion, as compared to some series I don't have a strongly-held negative opinion of though because I never stick around long enough to form that opinion as what they seem like or the direction which I think they'll end up going is uninteresting enough after one episode, half an episode, five minutes, 30 seconds. This didn't fall into that trap.
It also possessed a quite fascinating concept for the explanation behind the apocalypse and state of the world, but the problem is that apart from that one episode where it was mainly info-dumped, it wasn't much explored or elaborated upon beyond that and not much done with it. Plus, half the dialogue was just every character rotating through a short list of cliches and catchphrases.
Musically it fared better than in the writing department though as it did have both an OP and ED I took to readily and one of the most beautiful pieces from an OST of any series this year (which I can't identify or name because despite numerous attempts to check in the time since the series was released all these past months, to my knowledge the Momentary Lily OST hasn't been officially created or released, or is missing what I'm referring to).
Also, I noticed you posted a thread topic asking this same question of a different anime in the Towa no Yuugure sub-forum. No problem with that, but considering both these series are divisive at best, I almost get the impression that you're trolling or something along those lines. But if this is a sincere inquiry then please clarify that as I hate assuming others are trolling when that is not actually the case and their statements/questions and opinions expressed are genuine and sincere, even if unpopular, in the minority, and controversial. I have such dissenting and idiosyncratic views and positions out of step with prevailing belief on various topics as well, including quality of certain anime compared to others, so I would not want to attribute a disingenuous motive to you erroneously.

I'll tell you one thing for sure though - I'd sooner nominate or vote for this over Towa no Yuugure considering this one I actually finished and didn't mind doing so, despite any major blemishes, whereas the other one I not only dropped (after episode three) but was actually anger-inducing in how inane the writing was and how obnoxiously some characters behaved a few episodes into it.
