| It seems most of the fans only watched the anime. Athough I wanted to ask if anybody has read the manga and what the general opinions about it are. I like the manga, but nevertheless I think the anime is better. In my opinion, the manga has some crazy and very funny randomness but it lacks a really ongoing story and character development. |
| Oh! I have just started reading the manga actually. I love it. It's absolutely hilarious, but yeah, your right about the story and character development. If anything, I think that fans should read the manga after the anime. It's more like an OVA in my opinion. :) |

| I have completly read the manga I didn't have anything to really do with the anime(it was writen after the anime was released) It had it's moments but to me it was a waste of time to have read it |

| I bought both volumes of the manga, and I really like them, I wish they'd actually kept going on it though. I need my Champloo fix, new fix that is, if I need an old one I can just pop in my DVDs... |
| I haven't read the manga (it's weird since I'm a HUGE manga fan and usually read the manga first before watching the anime!!). I happened to catch the anime on tv (when I was ignorant of the wonders of manga and anime). Actually it was because I happened to watch this and two other animes (Bleach and Naurto) that I even developed an interest in anime. I'd liked them so much better than the American cartoons. Anyways, since the manga is so short, it doesn't seem like it'd hold a candle to the anime, so I don't even bother. |
