| General Terms Known Galaxy: Exactly as it sounds, this is the amount of space that has been collectively explored and archived into the Galactic Federation records. It is split into four sectors: Central, East, West, and the Outer Realms. Western Sector: Contains planets such as Vorvix, Phanaphos, and Elkia. It borders the Outer Realm and as such must be wary of attacks from the Out Worlders. Central Sector: Contains planets such as Valkan, and the space station Kavarda. It is the center of activity and the core of the Galactic Federation. There is heavy traffick in this region which is regulated by the Galactic Federation forces. Eastern Sector: This section of the galaxy has several planets whose peoples specialize in merchantilism and trade. Many products make their way to other reaches of the galaxy through the hands of the peoples from this sector. Galactic Federation: The collective assembly of the peoples of the galaxy. Formed after the Great War by the Feraul, Fiar Folk, and Shivinna nearly 200 years ago, the Federation officials are the keepers of the Known Galaxy. Elected officials represent each race who's a part of the Federation and work together to pass policies that will benefit themselves. Should a disagreement arise, the parties may take up their problem to the Council of Seven where it will be settled efficiently and justly. The Council of Seven: As the name implies, a group of seven elected official who stand at the top command within the Galactic Federation. These seven people have the final say in any and all projects proposed by the Federation. Gecca: The official currency coined by the Galactic Federation. It has replaced many currencies throughout much of the Known Galaxy, though there are still peoples who prefer to use their own. |

| Technology Archtaicain Racer: A speed car specially developed for racing. The vehicle is the fastest jetcar made, and the safest in its class. Known far and wide in the galaxy for the race championships that use them. Black matter core: The energy source of Captain Alvaro's ship the Aurora. Expreimentally designed by Cyn Firestone, the core provides an unstable yet high energy output for the ship to run on. Is it dangerous? Yes! The engine systems of the Aurora must be carefully watched and kept in check, otherwise the core will create a black hole. CommU: Galactic Federation communication device. Using the Galactic Federation's systems, these small ear devices may be used to communicate with a Federation hub anywhere in the Known Galaxy. Cybernetic Intelligence and Database Unit: CIDU for short, these Federation issued AIs are used to store any and all important information regarding missions within them. They allow the user to access GF intelligence from any Federation access point in the Known Galaxy, becoming a valuable tool for employees who are unsure of what to do. It also allows the Federation to send live mission updates to all employees. Holopad: Computer device many peoples have. Depending on the model, a holopad can be used for simple transactions, short-distance communications, or entertainment. Sizes depend upon the model. There are many makes and models available; some are small enough to be worn while others are large enough to fill a room.As a general rule, the bigger the holopad, the more abilities and features it has. Hyper Drive: High speed mode of many ships. Allows for the ship to be transported at light speed to a location of choice using a set of coordinates. However, if the desired location has something in it, such as an asteroid, the ship using this drive will slam into the object at that speed. Because of this, many do not use this drive unless necessary. Quillin: Small geometric shaped toys made for children. They can be programed to play a variety of games, such as tag, hide and seek, or keep away. Quillins make great gifts, and are relatively inexpensive, making them perfect for parents' wallets. Skid: Small ship capable of carrying ten humans. Not suitable for long term space travel, skids are used by many races for scouting and intraplanet travel. Many ships have a few skids on board for escape, and the Aurora is no different. They are able to use hyper drive, but do not have the same range as their larger siblings. Thaninx Cannon: The most powerful cannon ever developed at present. Capable of firing from extreme distances, the cannon uses the newest technology to obliterate anything within it's path. These cannons are found on many of the great war ships throughout the galaxy. It is known for the extremely loud bang sound it produces when fired, becoming a popular sound clip for alarms. |

| Lost Kavardan Technology Artifacts: Pieces kept from the original world, Kavarda. The Kavardan space station has en entire museum dedicated to these relics, and so does Valkan. Although studies have been extensive, nothing is known on how to operate these mechanisms or their purpose. Phasesaber: Appears as a simple hilt and pommel without a blade. Once wielded, it connects with the biorhythms of the user to create a blade of energy. The blade produced changes shape depending upon the user. Due to the nature of the blade, it can cut through most every material effortlessly, except another phasesaber. |
