| The more Sheryl gets the short stick the more i support her because i hate it when people are being destroyed pushed down by snakes on their side(Grace) and others get pushed-up by circumstances and being born special like Ranka is and not because they really are better. I still can't figure what the hell the agenda is though. I'm just watching hoping the damn show will throw my a bone so i can get to some conclusions. |
| Im not sure I like where the story is going, but conspiracies and dogfights are always interesting, and I expect many! Anyway it has already been established I don't like the characters... that hurts my enjoyment of Frontier =/ |

| Poor Ranka, my favorite character got used by those weirdos without knowing it yet. I hope Alto and Ozma will kick all of their asses sooner or later :P I dislike that blond hentei-clothed dude who steps between Ranka and Alto, it reminds of Kaifun from SDF Macross... Sent with Mal Updater |

| Some characters in Macross were frustrating but it was the good kind of frustration. Even if I hated some of their actions sometimes, I was still invested in what was going to become of them. This on the other hand is the bad kind of frustration where I just want everyone to shut the fuck and die already, and my investment in their lives is zero-g love. |
| What's with that "Minmay attack" namedrop, I think it wasn't used anywhere except Macross II which is not canon :p Now we also have "Ranka attack" xD Mixing Sheryl's designs and sketches with the footage of her seiyuu singing and dancing was a cool idea! kisses between Sheryl and Alto, pics of Sheryl in a flight suit. Going of the ED she's going to be a pilot and/or hook up with Alto. The kiss part was taken from the scene in Folmo mall, I think. Not new. |

| I see that Macross has upgraded from a love triangle to a love polygon. I'm fascinated by Lynn's and Basara's stories told as legends in Macross Frontier. The very concept of using songs to turn the tide of battle is such a far off tale that it draws skepticism.
