The Roof Top The roof top of Shibusen Academy is a luxurious location. It is pretty much wide open, where students can sit and enjoy their evenings off of class. Open to a nice view across Death City, often times it has been said that Death himself will sit and watch the sun set. This location is a prime spot for students wishing to test their skills against one another, without teacher intervention in the case of a duel to the death. Note: if a duel to the death does occur, the winner shall be punished surreally by which ever teacher finds the body of the dead student(s). |

| The school bell rang, signaling the start of classes as the mad rush ensued. A flurry of faceless students paced frantically across the halls as they all entered their classrooms, all except for one. Standing at the barren roof top of Shibusen, Lucien observed the view of Death City as the sun beamed down on the school. He stood at the front end of the school, and was still able to peak at the few remaining students that entered the school along with staff. He wore a calm expression as his hands sunk into his pockets. A slight breeze kicked up and his jacket opened up at either side covered his arms. He began to smile, a smile of confidence. "Always make a late and fashionable entry," he whispered to himself as they lost group of students entered the school. |

| Lucien continued to observe the scramble of students entering the building, even the old man Shinigami appeared to greet some of them. He chuckled a bit, then straightened his face to analyze with whom Shinigami was speaking with. "Hmmm, I wonder if he's a weapon or a meister? Curious little fellow aren't ya?" He let out a small sigh when the final student entered the building, then the same confident smile once again flashed across his face as his hands slither out from his pockets. "Now it's time to make my grand entrace, ready......go!" He lept from the top of the roof, his body free falling violently towards the bottom. For a split second he could've been caught from the windows along the front of the school. His body finally stabalized halfway through the drop, and with a somersault, he landed with a hard thud in a crouched position onto the foot of the stairs leading into the entrance. |

| It's been a couple of minutes since the school bell rang and it was clear Adam was late. The school was so big, he had no idea where he was, let alone his class. He had eventually reached the door that lead to the roof, which he didn't know. Opening the door, he saw a student jump down the roof. In shock, he ran towards the edge to see the boy fall. Watching him, Adam could tell he had jumped on purpose to show off rather then trying to commit suicide. He were just able to tell as he did.a somersault in the air and landed safely. "I wonder if the other students are like that..." As he turned his head, he spotted shinigami there. He couldn't help but feel nervous. He knew that Death was accepting for him to join Shibusen but he wasn't sure if the others would be so accepting. He also had his own mixed feelings about the school. His father dying trying to make his partner a death scythe and his mother dying in the hands of members of Shibusen. It was a feeling of nostalgia. He started to get doubts about coming to this place, which is obvious with his small frown. (Note* Continues in the Entrance Thread) |
