How you are going to use it: The cannon itself is going to be used for heavy, bulk, slow close range damage, the impact dials giving it an increased potential for destruction, combined with armourment haki it will boost its strength even further, allowing the weapon to hit harder and not break as easily. the impact dial on the inside is for high-speed cannon ball firing, and although the breath dial can also do this, the breath dial is more-so planning to be used to fire things like cutlery or other random junk along with the ability to absorb and release gas. the water dial will be primarily used for putting out fire, whilst the fire dial will make the cannon act like a flame-thrower, with the flash dial being used to blind opponents. the jet dial is added so that he can 'surf' on water and be propelled into, and with skill, fly in the air, even using the cannon as the 'surf board' with his feet doing the work, which the seastone in the cannon im hoping will fit into some humorous past about how he swam through the calm belt on his cannon, although there is always the possibility it will be used for detaining an enemy fruit user, though that isn't my initial intent.

Explanation: The cannon itself was made by Boomie, and through his travels up to Archipelago he upgraded it, the most significant of which is when he went to sky island and was thoroughly, obsessed and amazed with dials, and immediately how he thought he could incorporate them in his weapon design, a step in the direction of fulfilling his dream to make the most 'destructive weapon' whilst still maintaining simplicity.

Note: as this is key to his character i will drastically change my stats for the weapon, such as if you believe to use such a device he will need a certain level of weaponry device proficiency, as i can already see that i will probably end up taking points from somewhere...and a lot, to get the weapon.

How much (for a companion) would a cloud fox and east bird cost (separately)?

This weapon is like a devils fruit in itself, you've given it waste power and utility, but since its a essential part of your character ill let you keep using it till we find a proper solution to how it will be priced/balanced.

Also a cloud fox?... They have no purpose, thus nothing, cosmetic things should not cost you, now a south-bird? Mmmm... Id say 400sp.

What it does: as for what types of abilities would it have when I start I was thinking give a speed boost be able to enhance light on the body to blind people and create fields of light that slightly weaken someone while doing small light based dmg tell me if any of that is ok can also make small light poppers and pretty small ligh flayers.
as she gets stronger she can use light to possibly levitate or jump extra high also in beginning her abilities are kinda strong but can increase in strength depending on emotial or mental state like if her life is in serious danger and she could die or even more if someone she cares about is getting really hurt or is dieing.
and as it gets near end she gets stronger can gets new ability like for example can shoot the equivalent of flares of light bomb at people as well and bend light so appears invisible but if gets paint or sand on her again it shows a outline of a body in paint also can increase speed to as fast as someone can go with out god moding in end and can also at end use something like a super light flare bomb as well other light based abilitys as I think of more I'll tell send u pm so does that cover all the areas in ur message also if something Is to powerful please tell me so I can get rid of it

How you are going to use it: that's kinda hard to say said everything mostly up top but may use it for combo of attack and defense ill also use it to cause smalll mischeif and get back at people

Explanation: I haven't decided where it came from yet and not sure what it means by what is it for But it's a balanced logia fruit to help survive with good defense as well as support along with good power Potental power kinda high since later on can use anything based off light may not have as much raw power as other fruits but still can do incredible dmg with light flayers and flayer bombs

If you want something upgraded you need to re-submit it and have that upgrade priced. at the beginning of this video shows what a small light flayer popper does

Explanation: it was found in the depths of the grand line brought out by a soldier of a unknown country not sure how to describe what it foe it's potential if used right and trained can be used as one of the most powerful fruits but not unless trained a lot power it doesn't have as much raw power as fruits like rumble rumble since copy abilities aren't as powerful but when used properly it can make up for that if there's anything I can explain better please tell me it is paramecia fruit

Your Shine Shine Fruit is almost approved, but your ability to create lasers makes it too similar to the Light Light Fruit, have you considered calling your fruit "Reflect Reflect" instead? Making lasers by reflecting light makes it more unique than the creation of it. It seems like what the fruit is doing, is reflect light, not create it, but thats just how it seems to me. The fruit seems fine though so you can almost consider it approved

I am assuming this is Paramecia, so the price will be 1000 sp.

Your Copy Copy Fruit is too overpowered by the way, so I have no choice but to deny it.

Kane Kane fountain – using his ability Kuro changes his body into molten metal before molten metal fires up into the air and rains down on the area around him like a fountain would. The heat and the sharpness of the molten metal that rains down is enough to pierce through almost anything if enough of the metal hits the target and so can be used to cause quite a bit of destruction, Kuro can direct the molten metal to an area he wishes as well or at least to a degree. The more it covers the area the less affective it becomes unless Kuro gathers more molten metal before releasing it but to do this it would take him more time.

Kane Kane meteor – similar to the molten fountain ability but instead giant meteors rain down upon the area which can cause much more destruction this is because of the sheer size of them also the molten meteors explode once they hit against something cause a fiery explosion of hot molten metal. This ability takes longer to actually use as well as the number of meteors created affects the actual size of them so creating more of them at the same time will make them smaller whereas taking his time and creating one or two at intervals allows them to be larger but takes more time.

Kane Kane spike – a rather simple and yet destructive ability depending on the circumstances. Kuro can create spikes of metal from his body and shoot them out the size and speed of the spikes can vary depending on what Kuro wants or what he needs.

Kane Kane tornado – Kuro creates tornados but instead of them being made from wind they are made from millions of tiny pieces of metal that are spinning around violently because of this anything caught inside the tornado usually ends up taking damage considerably more than they would inside a normal tornado. These tornados that Kuro creates usually start off as small tornados the size of his palm before growing in size however these ones will never grow to a considerable size enough to damage or destroy buildings the larger tornados start out as Kuro being the epicentre before moving away to their desired target consuming anything in their path but with these being much more destructive and larger Kuro can only create so many within a certain space of time.

Kane Kane propulsion – releasing millions of tiny particles of metal from his body Kuro gives himself a boost of speed and with this ability being able to be used continuously it allows Kuro to fly with the metal that is being released keeping him up in the air. The metal released looks like some sort of silver particle and depending on the size of the boost the amount of metal particles released either increases or decreases.

Made some changes but if you want you can tell me what you don’t like or what you think needs changing the most and I will work on that.

Kant may be our fruit guy but I'll tell you this, instant restoration of grave injuries to the vital organs is OP. While it is possible to create new cells there is a limit. Firstly you are only closing wounds, basically you'll have a huge scar. So any injuries to the brain or heart would still be death, unless it's a very shallow wound on the heart... as far as the brain goes, it can't really heal itself. Also a really deep wound on other vital organs or like being cut in half will still kill you, make sure you're aware of that much.

The rest seems pretty creative and such but if you create excess chemicals won't you be poisoned? I mean I suppose if you control your systems you can make the chemical flow to your fingertips or mouth but in order to transfer it you'd have to cut yourself, like AIDS, blood to blood contact, unless you can put it in saliva, which sounds nearly impossible :/

These are mostly suggestions for before Kant sees it though... otherwise I mostly like it and all, as long as you try and keep it weaker at the start and gain more mastery as you go along... if you want to wait till Kant sees it to edit anything though that's fine.

Ok so what if I don't have the power to restore grave life threatening injurys also why does it have to leave a scar why can't it heal that

Also since I controll the chemicals in the body I can make them avoid touching places that would poison me also if it can get into the mouth wouldn't it then transfer to the saliva glands but wasn't thinking I would have to cut my self but I guess I could I always thought it would transfer the way snakes and other animals transfer venom to there opponents

Well I'm pretty sure, speaking scientifically cause as far as rp goes I don't care at all if it leaves a scar, the process humans use to heal would always leave a scar no matter how amplified it was.

No idea how snakes do it... but that's already built into their body and all. Anyway I suppose if you can control your body and all you could get it into saliva and whatnot but as far as anything besides biting, I suggest cutting yourself and all.

Lastly don't worry about being overpowered by everyone else... the thing about devil fruits is the longer you have them the more potential you notice and can pull out, like Crocodile said to Luffy~ but much more arrogant and rudely xD

Devil Fruits traditionally only do one single thing which skilled users make great use of.
However some fruits like the one you made are one of the few who allow the user one general ability which gives them control over a multitude of different powers.

Like the ability to control things such as nature, fire or wind, singular abilities which gives a multitude of powers which necessarily have nothing in common but that one ability. Technically these fruits are canon in One Piece(Yet very rare outside of Logias) but due to the obviously overpowering nature of some of these fruits, they are very sensitive and one has to be careful about approving such things.

So lets lay it out for a moment:

1, You can control your body in its entirety, do anything which is possible if a human had such control over his own systems: This ability allows you a great spectrum of potential technigues and skills, a very useful ability and on its own something that I could, with some hesitation, approve.

2. Not only can you control your body, you can make it do unrealistic things, basically if I got it right, you can boost different systems to make them work harder even to the point where you can "instantly" grow back vital systems, rendering you near-immortal.: At this point you have moved beyond what is acceptable, this in combination with the former makes this fruit something I simply can't approve.

I suggest tuning down on your control, ether removing super-natural body control or reduce the general control you have over your body as a whole.

Ok if removed the healing aspect but what do you mean by supernatural because i was wondering if I could use my body body fruit not sure of a better name to manipulate my bones like http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Shikotsumyaku then manipulate the melatonin and pigment in hair and skin to change appearances is that with in the realm of possibility

my intention was never to make something that op the reason I up the abilities so the human systems work harder to maybe a super human level is I was afraid I wouldn't be able to compete with some of the more powerful devil fruits the other people had I'd be happy to change anything you want me to just tell me what is to op also as a example of what can do with fruit I was hoping could use

Item Type: Devil Fruit - Gomu Gomu no Mi (Gum Gum Fruit)
What it does: The Gomu Gomu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that enables the user's body to stretch like rubber, making the user a Rubber Human.
How you are going to use it: Mio plans to use the Devil Fruits power in a offensive way, such as battle both attacking and defending when need be. Sometimes she might use it for the fun of being able to stretch in length and use her powers to gain an advantage against others.

- I'd appreciate it if someone were to make the growth of this Devil Fruit for me from which ability's I should be able to use once I've gained a certain amount of Sp within the Devil Fruit or Ability's seperatly along with the total amount to completely master it because I do not wish to make it cause I'm bad with those sometimes to big or to small. So I don't wanna give my self a disadvantage nor an advantage. Thanks PM me it or just let me know that I have to make one.

Character Name: Sergio Phillips
Item Type: Yellow Machine Pistol (Received from Blacksmith on Voettfang Island (hopefully!))
What it does: Has the ability to shoot out flame/explosive ammo, lava-tipped bullets, and fire itself (flamethrower-esque). Can shoot semi-auto or full-auto due to being a machine pistol.
How you are going to use it: One of Sergio’s future 4 signature pistols he’ll be using to fight.
Explanation: Created by the Master Blacksmith at the volcano on Voettfang Island. To be used by Sergio, as well as helping to progress his story. Upgradeable to be able to intake air, pressurize it, and make a spark to shoot fire without the use of physical ammo. This would only make fire however. To shoot the explosive ammo or lava-tipped, it would still need actual physical ammo.
