Connections between game and anime and upcoming plot

In my opinion, relationships between Felicita and Liberta in anime is becoming deeper and deeper and I don't mean simple friendship. I think (and I must say - I believe u__u) that Felicita will marry Liberta at the end. Well, maybe not even marry, but just be with him.
I think that Nova is only a friend for her, Luca is too old, and everyone... Everyone else just doesn't fit ;____;

And what do YOU think about it? What's going to happen next? Who will become "Papa" and marry Felicita?



And actually one more question - why Liberta has got an Arcana powers since he was a litlle boy? He was (spoilers from episode 4)
