LyM - Story + Rules

Besides the human race, resides a superior species with a certain lust for blood. Those who suffer the Lymphoma, revenants, beasts of the night, or as the humans call them, vampires.

For long they have hid in the shadow of the mortals, letting them control this pathetic primitive world. It wasn't long before some of them decided to take matter into their own hands and they to conquer this planet, though others felt as if it is not right to disturb the natural order, thus began a horrible war.

The Yoha and the Goshou, both clans of vampires opposing each other. share Same stories, only with different beginnings. After a few decades, two leader rose from both sides, making a pact, the "Impreuna", restraining order to the underworld... for the time being.

Vampires - Creatures who subsist by feeding on the blood of the living.

Lymphoma - What vampires call vampirism.

The Dark gift - A nickname to giving someone the "gift" of vampirism.

Yoha - One of the two current clans of vampires in the world. Like the meaning of the name "Yoha"
(after-effect), The Yoha clan became vampires during their human lives, by being bit by another vampire, or given a blood of one.

Goshou - One of the two current clans of vampires in the world. Like the meaning of the name "Goshou" (after-life), The Goshou clan became vampires after their human deaths. The way of becoming a Goshou is a secret, kept even from most of the Goshou clan itself, and performed by the clan elders.

Viata - Vampires who do not wish to feed on humans (mostly those who were turned into vampires against their will). Viata suffers horrible side effects because of the lack of human blood, which appears as nightmares, powerful headaches, and even morphing. They usually become exiles.

The Ancient - The first vampires ever existed. They are considered lords by the vampires nowadays and are honored to the full extent. As the stories tell, they posses unimaginable power,showing their unfathomable evil. Three of the ancients are as of today resting in 3 different places, inside of metal tombs.

Prada - The nickname the vampires gave the human. Means "prey".

Vampire hunters - Or a called by vampires, "Vanators". A group that search for vampires all over the world in order to "purify" them. They were once considered a joke by the vampires, but now they have gotten very skilled and managed to slay a few powerful vampires. the most famous and skilled of hunters are the Helsing family, hunting vampires in each generation, ever since the battle of Van helsing against Dracula.

Vampires Abilities - Vampires share a few supernatural abilities. They have superhuman strength, allowing them to break the necks of their Prada as if it was straw whenever they wish to. They can also fly, by turning their hands into bat wings, which is the regular form of transformation (unlike the Viata's). Lastly, vampires can communicate with each other by bats, as they know their language.

Vampires' Weaknesses - Although it is true that most dangerous thing to vampires is the sun, strong vampires are able to slow the burning process, giving them time to hide from it. Garlic will only create headaches, nothing more. Beheading vampires may prove to be difficult, but means certain death for them.

The "Impreuna" - The pact that the two leaders of both clans made with each other.
