I feel like they could make this show so much better if they quit trying to be funny, and focus more on the serious side of things. A littl ebit of humour is good, but I feel like they're trying too hard. Poor Chii loosing power. I'm glad she was ok in the end thought ^_^ |

| Ok episode but it could've been better...I just realised how much Elfen Lied rips of Chobits with Lucy/Nyu having almost identical behaviour to Chii...but Chii isn't a mental psychopath underneath XD. I hope 8| |

| Nice episode, Chii is very cute but it seems that the owner has to pay the prices as well, literally. Having a Chobit persocon is too expensive. Lol The landlord is pretty nice. I wish our landlord is like that. T_T Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Awww, I like that the main character is perceived as a perv, when he isn't really...it's just that he's embarrassed about things which come normally to most people (ie dressing their persocoms) It's the same problem as whats-his-face from Love Hina, he's not actually a perv, but constantly gets mistaken and punched for doing pervy things! I like a good mix of drama and humour, stops a serious show disappearing up its own arse, and stops a silly show becoming too irreverent! Nice! |

| Seriously Hideki, put Chii up on eBay -- you could get what, at least several million yen for one of the fabled Chobits? -- and get yourself a normal relationship with Yumi. Then apply yourself to your studies, get into a decent college, and live a normal life with her. And hell, buy a normal persocom when your finances allow it. |

| I really enjoyed this episode because i feel it increased the intamacy between chii and Hideki! Although a little sad for my taste, it is what is needed to make the happier moments more....happy! |

| This needs sad/dramatic moments. It can't all be happy with lame comedy. It will hopefully dive into the ethics of falling in love with robots and become serious. Also, I don't know how it's possible she becomes heavier when she powers off. |

In this episode, they were able to show how hard it is to be, well, "poor" (words from Chii, not me), and the life of the working student living with meager standards in difficult conditions. I don't get what the hell's wrong with everyone saying that this lacks the "sad" factor; the drama. It felt good watching Hideki act in desperation rather than whine like a sad little bitch just like how everyone here expects Hideki to be. LOL Those two things were the worst part of this episode, and not only were those the worst, but they're also fucking horrible to even be placed into anything. That climb was impossible bullshit. And that fall WITHOUT AT LEAST A FRACTURED BONE is ABSURD. It looked like he fell left shoulder first, so I WAS expecting his left shoulder to be messed up. | Unlike a lot of people here, I was fine with the amount of sad moments and drama in this episode. And this wasn't really that serious of a situation to begin with. All this was caused because of Hideki's technological illiteracy. As for Chii getting heavier when she's powered down, wasn't she floating in the previous episode while she was reading that book? So I guess she has some kind of levitation or anti-gravity mechanism built into her, in order to reduce her weight so that she can carry all that mass around. |
| This episode was way too overdramatic for my taste. I know, he was a farmer and has no clue about but running out of energy doesn't mean death for a persacom, he should have learnt this by now. They were pushing this over it's limit immensly. |

| Ngl, I thought Chi weakening was some other cause, turns out it was just a lack of charge oof, still a persocom at the end of the day. Idk why I keep thinking deep deep things here. I also am really liking this episode and Chobits as a whole, it's got this whole progression between both characters rather than just one or the other. Makes for a nice run between the two. Also this great shot.  |
| That scene of Chii laying on the floor pointing at different objects and calling out their names was brutal... My heart was not ready for that. |

| Hideki might be a bit scatterbrained and not at all tech savvy but he always tries his best to do right by Chii. What a tense episode, and that fall off the wall had me worried. Thankfully things got a lot more cheerier when the kind landlady Ms. Chitose showed up. I hope Hideki learned his lesson and finds a way to give Chii some sunlight! |
