Nanami was pretty spot on with her quotes. If you are way smarter than people around you then you are sentenced to loneliness. Especially when they are thinking that they are always right and you are some kind of a "smarty ass" because you dare not to agree with their utterly stupid ideas. Nanami tried to seduce Touma`s :D That was quite tempting to be honest. They would made much better team than being in one with retarded Masaru. I am pretty sure that Touma from the beginning of series would accept this offer. But he actually developed and got some likeable traits unlike some other "main" characters, ukhm... But she was right in the end - Marcus won this fight. His relentless stupidity and hot head-on ideas were the key to victory. If you are smart there are two way to lose: someone is much smarter than you or someone is unbelievable stupid so you can not predict his ideas. |
