I think a mod saw my previous post in the OVA 7 discussion thread and changed it to completed since they had 7 OVAs down and the last one was out on 2013/07/10. I went on the Seitokai Yakuindomo website to confirm. Indeed there is an 8th OVA episode confirmed to be bundled with the 9th volume of the manga, to be released on October 17, 2013. So MAL should've marked this DB entry as 8 OVAs instead of 7...
