is there any harem/ecchi/romance/love etc.... in this show ? i have serious taste , something like samurai bride or senran are not for me

yes, there is harem ( most of the generals are girls after all), romance/ love , but a very few ecchi.
If you are after only the sexy scene, you should get another anime like to love ru.
personally , i really love this anime, they have great story, and graphics. If you like sengoku era and harem then you should watch this.

There's harem, a bit of romance, and comedy. Very little ecchi.

It's more in the middle serious & comedy. Going by the description you would probably write it off as another low quality harem rom/com, but it's actually a really good historical/comedy, imo of course.

While there are a lot of female characters, he's only interested in one, Nobuna. The others either show disdain for him due to his perceived pervertedness, or respect him more like an older brother.

This is more a an action comedy, with a mix of dramatic and comedic events. Things can get pretty dark at times, but there are a lot of light-hearted events that generally keep the series from getting too serious. But people do end up dying in this show (not the main characters, but you do see their soldiers get killed on-screen).
