| I have seen this series a lot and was wondering if like Macross you can just pick up any of the different seasons/OVAs/movies/etc. and be alright or if you really should watch it from the beginning. Basically I'm asking is it worth watching from the beginning or maybe like from the second season on or something. |
| YUA is extremely episodic in nature, so you can do fine for the most part just picking it up from any season or even any point in one. Naturally, it's best to start from the beginning to learn about how some things got started, but since each episode is a self-contained story, it's hardly essential. |
| Ok thanks, thats what I thought it was like. I don't mind watching it but with 47 episodes in just the first season alone I wasn't too keen on the idea since to be honest I prefer the newer animation style and there is sooo much newer stuff out I want to see. |
