| Dang it Pokemon, you can't do me like that again with the sad first episode. :/ I love the starter Pokemon of this new Gen, especially since the Pokemon game I played the most was FireRed / LeafGreen. Torchic was a fantastic choice, was my starter too ^^ May seems like a great companion to have, quite a bit different than Misty. |

| same old show with a whole new world and a whole new girl, me likey, feels good man ^_^ jesus intense first ep though, guess the days of Pokemellow are over Birch is a badass, rugged outdoorsman type May is a BRAT but she does have good taste Torchick is pretty sweet Jesse, amid an existential crisis, uses her robot to make Pikachu all better and overcomes her inner turmoil in the process! truly heart warming. |
| So this is the start of Gen 3 Pokemon! 1st episode was good, it was funny to see that Ash destroyed May's bike just like he did to Misty xD! I thought she will take Mudkip for the starter but she chose Torchic. |
