Yes, a stat system to help prevent god-mod. Even npc's will follow the basic system.
The stats are broken into three groups of four: Physical, Mental, and Social. Within the twelve stats, you will spend points broken up between each group. One group gets three points, a second gets 2, and the third gets one, depending on race.
Here are all of the stats
Physical
-Strength: Overall force of muscle.
-Speed: Translates to how fast you can move.
-Endurance: How much you can take before getting tired, suffering ill effects, or just plain dying.
-Agility: Your ability to move around without losing speed.
Mental
-Intellect: Your ability to learn and solve problems.
-Logic: Your logical reasoning
-Reflex: Dodging is a fine art involving all of the senses and good timing
-Precision: Your aim.
Social
-Bargain: The power to haggle and get better prices
-Persuade: Convincing others to do something through tact or trickery
-Intimidate: Convincing others through fear
-Charm: A charming character is responded to by others better.
The maximum value of all stats is 6. You cannot spend points any higher than this in any stat, nor can you spend experience to get points over six. The exception is willpower which is discussed later.
Each race has certain specializations, and spirits have their own stats (to be added later)
Humans can choose where to put the points. Meaning they can have any combination of 3 points, 2 points, and 1 point.
Vali: 3 physical, 2 social, 1 mental.
Vegarii: 3 Mental, 2 social, 1 phsyical
Lunarian: 3 physical, 2 mental, 1 social
Cloud born: 3 social, 2 physical, 1 mental; 3 physical, 2 social, 1 mental; OR 3 mental, 2 phyical, 1 mental.
Unborn: 3 mental, 2 physical, 1 social
Hybrids: Choose one of the layouts from either race
The max you can put in any stat is 6 and new points cost xp.
1 point - 2 xp
Second point - 5 xp
Third - 10 xp
Fourth - 15 xp
Fifth - 20 xp
Sixth - 25 xp.
For example, a Cloud-born has 2 points in agility. to buy the third point he spends 10 xp and finds he has 5 xp left. He has 1 point in endurance and so decides to spend his remaining five xp on his second point.
Finally, one more stat that needs attention: Willpower. You have a maximum of 6 by default and this decides how likely you are to resist influences. You can increase your maximum up to ten and you can gain points in two ways:
Buy them - Each point of willpower costs 20 xp, going above your current maximum costs 30 but you'll get a point and a permanent boost to your max willpower
Earn them - Certain scenarios will leave you with a choice that could potentially boost your maximum willpower
Against powerful abilities, you will need to spend a point to completely resist, and willpower can be spent to perform more than the allotted amount of actions per post in a combat situation. Don't be alarmed as you can get your points back by fulfilling your virtue or vice during the entire course of a mission.
Fulfilling virtue will restore all of your expended points while vice restores only one. For either, you have to fulfill it throughout the entire mission.
Finally, Willpower can be used to temporarily boost all stats in one category by one point for one post.
Spirits get a special group of stats called Spiritual which replaces Physical.
So their stats look like this:
Spiritual
-Presence: The spirits ability to manifest itself into the physical plane
-Foreboding: The spirit can create an oppressie atmosphere with a high foreboding
-Energy: Ability to use powers and how long you can use sustained abilities such as possession
-Threshold: Your ability to gather energy from your surroundings
Mental
-Intellect: Your ability to learn and solve problems.
-Logic: Your logical reasoning

-Precision: Your aim.
Social
