Abilities While Zaemon has no significant special abilities, he has honed his skills to such a level that he is considered the strongest swordsman in Krokar. Personality A quiet a stoic man, Zaemon doesn't mince words. He is a very honorable person, and he shows respect to friend and foe alike. He rules with an iron fist, and is not afraid to publicly execute those he deems dangerous. This style of rule has led to mixed public opinion. Some see him as a hero, praising his intelligence and respectful attitude. Some, however, few him as a Tyrant. His relentless pursuit of peace has lead to him commiting some unspeakably cruel acts. Bio The Previous Champion of the Royal Arms Tournament, and current Lord of Krokar. A native of Krokar, Zaemon was once part of a traveling clan of Nomads, who originally migrated from the eastern Nippon Aliiance. They were a tribe of Swordsman, who acted sort of like a mercenary company. As was custom, Zaemon eventually left to strike out on his own. As a dedicated warrior, Zaemon spent his free time training. Honing his sword skills into a deadly artform. He fought deadly beast, and sustained many injuries in pursuit of perfection. Eventually, this led to countless rumors about him. 5 years passed since he left his clan, before news of the next Royal Arms Tournament spread.Gainos, who was the Lord of Krokar,was an ambitious man, who sought to expand Krokar into the neighbouring island. The inhabitants of this island where the Belfry, a race who were extremely intelligent. Though they were weak in body, they had an army of Automations to fight for them. Despite the fact that the fightning was centered round the coast, the effect could be felt throughout the continent. Crops remained unattendented. People starved. And with the majority of the army off fighting, crimals used the chance to reek havoc. Zaemon sought to end this. He traveled to the Lord's Capital and registered as a Royal Arms Contestant. And thats when his legend truly began. In all his matches, Zaemon was undefeated. He fought with such skill that even the most toughest warrior was overwhelmed by his blade. He showed respect to all of his enemies, never taunting or boasting. He showed mercy to those who deserved it, and spread his winnings with the public. He also killed and punished though he thought were dangerous. He would cut off limbs, while leaving the opponent alive. A constant reminder of their sins. When he had secured enough wins, Zaemon challenged Gainos for the rule of Krokar. The ensuring battle was intense, and lasted for many hours. But it ended with Zaemon standing over Gainos's corpse. His first act was to make peace with the Belfry. He executed Gainos's military general, who had commited cruel acts against the Belfry. He gave back the land that was taken from them, with the promise to leave their borders alone. Zaemon then began his own conquest of peace. He killed and sentenced to death many people. Those he deemed too dangerous. He started to strenghten the relationships with the Centaurs of the Evergreen. He opened trade roots, and made it possible for the two races to live side by side. 10 years have passed since Zaemon became Lord of Krokar, and in some ways the land has prospered under his rule. Skiitarii Judge One Name: Karja Title: Karja Of The Beetle;The Green Star Age: Is unknown,as Skiitarii have deceiving appearances and different lifespans. Gender: Female Race: Skiitarii (The Beetle Clan Representative,at your service!) Weapons: A pair of twin axes.(She keeps them,just in case.) Abilities: Like any Skiitarii,Karja is able to heal wounds.Generally,she uses this ability to heal the combatants at the end of the duel. Karja has all five senses greatly sharpened.She however concentrates more on her optic sense,to observe every single detail of a fight. Karja is a part of the Beetle Clan,thus is marked under the sign of Earth.She can manipulate Earth to a mild-degree. Gender: Female Race: Skiitarii (The Bee Clan Representative,at your service!) Weapons: A sharp rapier.(She keeps it,just in case.) Abilities: Like any Skiitarii,Maya is able to heal wounds.Generally,she uses this ability to heal the combatants at the end of the duel. Maya has all five senses greatly sharpened.She however concentrates more on her olfactory sense,and is able to tell the exact moves of each combatant by simply inhaling;the particular smell of each person does the rest. Maya is a part of the Bee Clan,thus is marked under the sign of Electricity.She can manipulate Electricity to a mild-degree. Gender: Female Race: Skiitarii (The Butterfly Clan Representative,at your service!) Weapons: Fire butterflies.Touching them,unless you are a Skiitarii,will cause great pain and burns.They act like alive weapons,and localize the target using the close bound they have with Midori,and thus to her Perception ability. Abilities: Like any Skiitarii,Midori is able to heal wounds.Generally,she uses this ability to heal the combatants at the end of the duel. Midori has all five senses greatly sharpened.Unlike others,she does not focus on a particular sense;she has them all equally and greatly developed. Midori is a part of the Butterfly Clan,thus is marked under the sign of Air(Wind).She can manipulate Air(Wind) to a mild-degree.
