After the shot by Sergio had caught several people’s attention as they waited for the issue of a challenge to come some became relived while others perhaps were slightly disappointed that they didn’t get to see any action. Kuro couldn’t help but laugh at the way Sergio went about things it was brash and straightforward which was perfect for him. his crew had grown having just been on the island for a day or two but this was merely the start of his ambition...by the time he was finished his crew would rival any force in the world. For now though he would enjoy his journey and not worry or think too far ahead! After all the amount of death that he had seen or been involved in had made him view life as something you should enjoy flat out! Living everyday like it is your last day...Kuro wasn’t afraid to die but he was afraid to die without ever really living or trying. “Hana, set sail for the next island!” the tone of his voice became slightly raised. It was probably excitement that they were about to sail into the unknown something that really allowed Kuro to live. It wasn’t long before the beautiful black sails caught the wind of the ocean with the ship soon making its way over the oceans waters. The speed of the slim, elegant ship was considerably faster than most other ships it might even be considered one of the fastest on the oceans. Indeed what it lacked in firepower it made up for its speed and nimble movements. Within several minutes the once large island was simply nothing more than a pebble in the distance, the screams and terror from the people couldn’t be heard from this far out not that Kuro would go back even if they could be heard. Hana looked to be focused on the log pose that they had gotten from the island while keeping the ship on its course; the waters were calm which was good for them. “Now then...I guess we need to sort something out.” Kuro shook his head while walking towards the locked storage room door. His target was something that had hidden itself inside like a scared little rat. Rats were dangerous things considering they could be plotting anything. They could be planning to raid the ship or even attack them while they slept but there were rare times in that they simply had nowhere else to go. Once Kuro had unlocked the door it didn’t take him long to find the girl (Miku) unfortunately for her she had hidden herself in the worse place possible. The storage room or perhaps it was better known as the beer room for this crew. The girl didn’t look to be much or at least she didn’t look like she could fight. Appearances were often deceiving though... “Who are you and why are you on our ship?” Kuro spoke rather intimidating or perhaps it was the added fact that the tip of his blue Katana was pointing down towards her throat. The speed he had drawn his Katana meant that he was no amateur with his chosen weapon in fact he was probably very efficient with it. For now the blade wasn’t actually touching her skin but it was a hairs length away from her skin! His eyes looked like a man that was serious and not kidding...the eyes of a man that would certainly kill if needed.

Auamis hearing was pretty good so she could hear a giant crash as the mans fist blew apart the island and figured it was a good thing she got outta there when she did. But then even stranger things happened well to be honest first thing was a speech then next parts was the strange parts to her. She had heard his speech and thought to herself "no way am I condoning or standing by some blood thirsty pirates who pillage villages. Maybe this wasn't the best idea to stow away on this ship in particular why couldn't I have gotten on one of those other ships where they didn't give a crap about each other, o well no point crying over spilled milk" . but then the strange things happened she heard a strange sound like cutting flesh and a loud crash of sea waves then everyone started cheering then fire works went off she wondered if they were having a party but what was that loud crash she heard and why where they having a party. she listened in then outta no where heard someone approaching the storage room she hoped they were just coming in for supplies and wouldnt notice her but alas luck wasnt on her side today and then a man opened up the barrel she was hiding in and pointed his sword at her. she bit her lip and muttered "shit how did he find me" under her breath then slowly raising her hands up in surrender accept pointed her finger tips facing his head this would look strange but mostly look like she just got her hands in the wrong position nothing more. She then got ready the moment he showed any sign of movement towards attacking her she would strike she then in a calm voice said "I'm just a theif I snuck on board to escape the island before those marines arrived It's not like you have anything worth stealing from what I've seen so far, I'm just hear until the next island of people come then I'll be leaving no reason to get all tense and defensive here let's just calm down and you can put away your weapon"

Ah. What a nice breeze . . . The soothing wind blew through Shiro's clothes, causing them to drift ever so naturally. For the New World to be this relaxing cannot be denied as a miracle. Even the peaceful serenity of the waves swirled in harmony with the ship despite the ensured destruction of Spin-Spin island. Shiro was in a good mood, seeing that an opportunity has finally arrived. He finally found somebody he considers to be competent enough to become his comrade throughout these four past years. Certainly, he could doze off and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the World until the arrival of the next island. However, seeing how much he was provided by Kuro combined with the value he saw in him from the start, Shiro himself commits what is natural for a man of his stature: To repay Kuro for his earnest kindness with something of equal value. Seeing as how Kuro had something to take care, Shiro himself follows him out of curiosity. Immediately hearing the words of a filthy pirate as directed to another man of stature (Kuro) mildly offset Shiro's earlier comfort . . . "Even at luxury of others, It seems as though you are incapable of holding a proper conversation," Shiro said. Three swords, all of which were black keys, were immediately projected by Shiro. They were aimed at three of Auami's vital points. With Shiro's swords projected and Kuro's swords unsheathed, this could clearly spell death for Auami if the correct words are not chosen to be said in front of these men. (OOC: Bax's or Kaos's turn proceeds after this post)

“Why...” The moment the girl raised her hands up in the air had marked hostile action towards Kuro even if that was not what she had meant to do. The following words spoken by her simply fell onto the depth ears of Kuro as his free hand began to rise ever so slightly upwards. The life of a pirate wasn’t easy and it certainly wasn’t a game, Kuro had already witnessed many of his comrades, family members, friends and even lovers fall at the hands of people they were kind to on the sea. Indeed Kind actions often went unnoticed on the horrible seas; children had grown into murderous beasts on these seas...all to survive the cold harsh world. Kuro himself was no older than 18 and yet he had experienced all the highs and lows of this savage yet at times beautiful world. Wise beyond his years would be the easiest ways to put it. He had been forced to grow up fast if he wanted to survive! He had been a part of several crews with him witnessing them all fall in various different ways be it pirates, marines or even innocent looking people like the girl before him now...in fact his last captain was shot by an innocent girl just like the one before him...under the exact same conditions with guns hidden up her sleeves. What happened next might have seemed like an eternity but it in fact lasted merely a few seconds...no it lasted milliseconds. The pain from happened though would last for longer than the action itself. The blinding light swirling around Kuro blinding anybody around him their sight being completely obliterated by this pure light, it was white but yet didn’t look white instead it looked like a pure light the sort read about in books on angels. It was the sound that the people around Kuro could hear, the sound of wind being cut by something sharp...the sound was unmistakable it was the sound they had probably heard many times before this moment. The sound of a blade cutting through the air at an alarming pace and at such a short distance combined with the blinding light there was nothing to be done! The blinding light actually only stunned their eyes momentarily but by the time they could all see once more they could only stand witness to the stunningly beautiful white blade cutting through the arms of the girl (Miku). That was the most bizarre part of it though, the blade had cut through her arms and yet they remained attached to her body...surely with such a blade her arms should have been severed cleaning from the rest of her. Perhaps they were still going to fall just that the action was so fast that her body needed time to react yet there was no blood at all in the room...so he hadn’t cut her? More importantly was the blade in his right hand as it came clashing down towards the back of the girls neck...without a doubt Kuro was going for the kill! The most fearsome thing was simply his aura or lack of it for the better word...no anger, fear, bloodlust, or anything else instead he was simply like some sort of Phantom or Ghost... The gentle ancient melody of a song rang throughout the ears of the entire crew letting all their doubts and pain gloat away on the sea breeze. The blue tipped blade of Kuro rested against the soft neck of the girl with blood slowly dripping down from her neck while the edge of the blade soon became stained red from her blood. She was a lucky girl though with the blood simply coming from the razor sharp edge touching her neck...her head wouldn’t be severed for now at least. The aura of Kuro gradually returning as his cold lifeless eyes soon softened back to their more usual state, Kuro had returned back to normal and just in time for the girl to be saved as well. Without a doubt if it wasn’t for the large mans Celtic song then her head would be rolling along the floor. Instead she was simply bleeding although she was still in severe pain from the earlier white blade even if that hadn’t made her bleed. The pain was far more painful than it would have been if it was an ordinary cut instead she had felt something rip part of her very soul away from her. No matter how hard she tried she couldn’t feel or move her arms she could only feel searing pain! Unimaginable pain and fear at the thought of her hands forever being lost from her. With a sigh Kuro gazed down at the girl perhaps she was really harmless...perhaps he had been mistaken but it was her fault. Flicking his blue tipped Katana out to the side of them the blood left a trail in the air as he re-sheathed his now clean blade. “I have seen enough death for now. Search her for anything that is useful or she if she knows any valuable information...if she does something then I will leave what happens up to you two.” Kuro spoke with a slightly tired voice with his words mainly directed towards Sergio and Shiro. Whole talking he had already begun to make his way back towards the storage room door that remained open before resting his hand on the edge of the door. “Your fate is heavily in your own hands little girl so don’t waste it. Your hands should be fine in a few days...” Kuro simply closed the door behind himself as he left the room leaving them inside on their own. The first person Kuro passed was indeed the large Celtic man who was playing his calming yet joyful melody. Kuro simply nodded while walking past the man it was his way of thanking him for preventing more bloodshed with the man simply smiling and taking a drink of his beer. Kuro and the man were old friends although how they actually met was a mystery for the others it was the same way for Kuro and the girl who was navigating the ship the one called Hana. All three of them seemed to have known each other far longer than the rest of the crew, their connections seemed far stronger than they were with the others on the crew or at least for now they did at least. Kuro gradually made his way up the steps towards the top of the ship were Hana stood in all her glory, simply navigating the ship through the oceans waves and yet she looked rather majestic in doing it. It looked a far simpler task that it actually was but that was down to her skill more than anything else. As soon as Kuro reached the last step he looked over towards Hana who looked back at him for a few moments before looking back down towards the needles on her log pose...yes hers she had already claimed it besides the others probably couldn’t use it anyway! “Is she dead?” “She is still alive.” “Really?” “Yeah...if she makes it to the island is up to her though now.” “You mean you are planning to kill her then...” “It is the crews choice along with hers...life sure can be cruel.” “People are cruel not life itself. There is a difference you idiot captain.” “Possibly...” With a sigh and a laugh the conversation between the both of them probably lasted for quite a while. Kuro leaned back against the rail looking down slightly at the crew below him while the large Celtic man carried on with his various Celtic tunes and music. Soon the crew members would be enjoying a good merry drink as they partied well into the night together...indeed it was important to truly live everyday like your last since on these seas you never knew when your last day really would be...in fact death wasn’t even the worst thing that could happen to people on these seas. While talking the white Katana of Kuro slowly began to change its form once more into the white fox that often followed him around...it was probably the first time many had seen him use his white Katana and with the blinding light many didn’t even see what actually happened. For the young girl she would certainly know she had been cut and that something unique had happened in that small brief moment...the journey to the next island had only just begun. Would it be a journey of hell or one of joy? Would the girl make it to the new island or would she find her body floating in the sea below them...only time would truly reveal all of these answers as well as many more...

"what do you mean by even at the luxury of others and that's a laugh a pirate talking about holding proper manners and holding a proper conversation, I bet you don't think of proper manners when your pillaging hard working villagers, or taking the lives of innocent parents with children, but such hipocretcy is expected of filthy pirates." She then sees kuro start to move towards her and a bright flash blinds her before she can't react. She squints and then feels a intense pain in her arms and they slump to the floor numb, she lets out a grunt and instinctively her body body fruit activates and cancels out most of the pain from the intial slashes, protecting her from the majority of the pain she would've felt. She looked in shock not because someone just slashed her with a sword although that was a pretty big shocker it was mainly because her arms were intact and she didn't feel to much pain. She thought (maybe this is because of my devil fruit well that's a useful ability I'll be putting into full affect soon but no telling how long that will last, better get use to it while it lasts. ) She then gets over the intial shock and yells "what the hell don't you know when someone is surrendering or do people not put there arms up when they surrender where your from. " She stared at him beads of sweat forming on her brow as he held the sword to her then a nice calming sound soared through the air she slowly relaxed and saw the maniac calm down. He then mentions to search her and then leaves, she thought to herself (good thing I stashed my valuables in a undisclosed location on the ship, it's pretty well hidden so all they will find on me is my sword and depending how well they search me they may even find the pistols in my sleeves, lets just see if they can avoid the trap mechanism though. There was only one maniac left the hot headed hipocret who was pointing his swords at her. he was obviously a devil fruit user that was the only explanation for his floating swords, she then stares him down as his swords point at her vitals she figures it's best not to say any more considering how temperamental this guy is, hoping that the relaxing music cooled his temper she just waits for her opportunity to get outta the barrels and explore the ship.

"Of course, it'd only be natural for somebody of your caliber to hold assumptions. I suppose that a bit more discipline is required." There was no anger to his words, though the next few actions could not have been avoided. After all, he deemed it natural for things to work the way that they do. His three projected swords were shot immediately at Auami, though it had its course intentionally altered such that vitals would not be hit. The swords ruptured Auami's body easily as they had a "piercing property", allowing them to easily bypass skin. There was also the force at which he shot the swords at, though it wasn't particularly strong. Shiro was clearly no friend to her, but it certainly did not feel as though he wanted to kill her ... for now. Shiro turns his head to Kuro. "I'm not interested in this kid." He leaves with Kuro. The task of searching through her pockets has been assigned to one of Kuro's minions. He goes back outside to continue enjoying the breeze. During this time, he notices a sharpshooter (Sergio) that he has yet to communicate with. Making a quick, friendly gesture towards the man, Shiro continues to enjoy himself. It wouldn't be too long until they reach the next island.

Sergio had been talking to other crew members, celebrating their casting off from Spin-Spin Island. However, he had watched the whole ordeal with the thief out of the corner of his eye. He wasn’t the happiest with the outcome, but at least it hadn’t ended in the worst case scenario. Kuro had gone up to talk with Hana, while Shiro had walked over to the side of the ship. Shiro had made a friendly gesture to him. Sergio thought it was a good time to get to know each other as fellow crewmembers….. and his concerns. Sergio left the group he was talking with and walked over to Shiro. “Well howdy! I was with Captain Kuro when you guys had that duel, or at least attempted to have one. But we never got to be properly introduced. My name’s Sergio. I’m from the West Blue; used to be a marine, but that life wasn’t for me. You seem pretty powerful. It’ll be good to have a companion like ya around.” Sergio gave a smile to Shiro, but it vanished as he turned to look out at the sea. “Now on the risk of startin’ off on the wrong foot, I must tell you how I felt about how you guys handled that situation back there. I think ya guys were a little too extreme. She’s just a simple thief. I saw that kind of treatment back in the marines, and it made me sick. It’s one of the reasons I had to leave that life. Violence only breeds more violence. It should be used only if there’s no other option.” Sergio sighed and paused for a while. The sea under the night sky was majestic and calming. He turned back to Shiro, smiling again. “I’m sorry about turnin’ all serious on you. It’s just somethin’ that gets to me. I don’t expect ya to change your ways because of it. In fact, I’d be glad to hear your side of the story. Just hope ya might think about it if a situation arises again.” Sergio reached over and grabbed a bottle of scotch. Finally he was going to get what he had been searching for the whole day. “Care for a drink?” He hoped sharing a drink might diffuse some of the tension of their conversation.

Shiro let out a carefree chuckle. Despite what Sergio thought, he had not been offended at all - People were bound to have different viewpoints after all. The very fact that Sergio could hold a stable, proper conversation with him is evidence of his higher caliber of character. Shiro already acknowledges him from the few words that have been exchanged. He takes the drink with pleasure. "War. Battlefields. Weapons. Blood. Death. Deception. Strength." Shiro takes a quick sip of the drink. "I've seen it ... again and again. So many times. We've all been shaped by our past and our beliefs." "I'm the very same. I believe that this world holds people who are worth and not worth saving. This is all determined by the caliber of their character. This is why I take it upon myself, with my insight, to judge and act upon the people before me. Though I am not God, I exist to act out my intentions." Tracing a Black Key immediately, Shiro stares at Sergio while pointing the Key up at the sky. "Like this blade, that exists for those who want to perfect the art of murder - I exist to be as I am. We are the same in nature." Noticing that the mood became slightly tense due to his speech on philosophy, Shiro himself lets out another heartfelt laugh. "I'll take your suggestion in mind. Absolute evil is the only thing that I will act out to entirely erase."

As Shiro finished his little wordplay a sudden impact rocked the ship forward, something had hit the right flank of theirs ships behind, causing a little storm of shrapnel but fortunately no breach. Turning around to look for a source they could spot a small sleek ship, barely housing enough space for 30 men and carrying probably no more than seven cannons, three on each side and one in the front, the latter had been the one that had almost sent their ship on a journey to the bottom of the sea. The little ship seemed pretty fearless for going after their own comparably huge ship, a fact that did't seem to stop the smaller but way faster ship from closing in on them. As a last note on the details the ship was painted entirely white except for a black mark on the flag which form had faded out over the years, making it unreadable, though the identity of the ship would soon cease to be a mystery as a voice carried by a sound enhancing device called out to them. "Unidentified Ship! This is the White'Fleet Internal Affairs,You are to stop your ship and prepare for inspection! Refusal to comply will be met with deadly force..!" The eerily confident ship sped up considerably making it a hopeless endevour to escape, it was clear that the ship had not realized that they were pirates so they still had time to hide that fact, ether way they had to decide on a course of action fast for the ship was closing in fast.

While the others were talking and the girl was being watched Kuro had taken his time to slump down with his back against the wall near where Hana was standing. It was on the captain’s deck so nobody but Hana could see him. His eyes looked up both at Hana and the open sky well really his eyes were looking towards the past as he sipped some sort of whiskey from his old glass. His past memories or some at least coming back to the surface mainly the ones of his captain and how he died all because of what had recently happened with the girl in the storage room...he couldn’t help but think he should have spotted the guns earlier. If only he had then his captain wouldn’t have died in his arms...three important people had died before him all because of his lack of power. “Hey hana, how long before the next island?” “We just left one you impatient shit.” “We didnt really get to stay on it for long though and we still need some supplies.” “gah well I can’t control the damn sea can i.” “Just open your mouth into the sails” “Hmmm?” “Nothing...” “Probably a few days from here.” “Want a drink?” “Trying to get me drunk now I see...just so you know I won’t pass the time that way.” “ha-ha so funny.” The banter would have gone on and on if it wasn’t for the fact Kuro spilt his drink all over his top or to be exact the shock from the cannon ball plunging into the ship causing him to spill his drink. If any of the others thought it was a random wave from the ocean or some sort of sea monster then those thoughts were quickly erased from their heads by the voices of non other than the white fleet. Perfect it was just what they fucking needed! Kuro quickly rose to his feet at the rate the other ship was closing in they couldn’t outrun them and fighting them wasn’t something he wanted to do currently. There was no place to hide either but the good news was they hadn’t been discovered as pirates yet...they had time to perhaps worm their way out of the current mess. “Seems to be one mess after another doesn’t it!?!? For now everybody keep calm and don’t attack!” he had no choice but to think on his feet and hopefully some of the newer people wouldn’t attack unless they had to. Trust was going to be key and keeping calm was going to be more important now than ever. What could they pose as...traders, or a fishing boat anything that wouldn’t be deemed evil by these marines but at the same time would give them a reason for having an armed ship and a largish one at that. “Right now we are travelling tradesman...and make sure the girl knows if she opens her mouth then she is swimming with damn fishes!” Kuro motioned his hand towards Hana telling her to slow the ship down so that the marines would know they weren’t trying to run or anything stupid. Besides trying to outrun a faster ship while it bombarded you with cannonballs was rather pointless. At the same time several people climbed down the side of the ship out of view as they dropped into the water waiting in case anything might happen or waiting to carry out any orders they had received.

"Haha! This'll be quite the amusing thing." Shiro stood up and headed to the closet where Auami was locked in. "I'll be taking care of the only problem on this ship. Be back later," He said as he made a friendly gesture to Sergio. Shiro entered the room and sees Auami. Without a moment of hesitation or delay, Shiro strikes the neck of the injured pirate, causing her to instantly fall unconscious. He then activates both "Trace" and "Shape Manipulation", primary abilities of his devil fruit, to create a number of black keys that tie together to create a chain of swords. He ties the unconscious Auami with this set of chains and calls for a few of Kuro's minions. "Clean this place up and take this kid into a place to rest. She will not be able to escape in normal conditions with these chains in place, let alone escape while being injured. Keep 2-3 people in constant watch of her since she may have abilities up to her sleeves. If asked by the marines, reply that she is a bystander who we've picked up and are currently treating. I have knocked her out by hitting the pressure points on her neck - She will not wake up for a few days or so. We'll dispose of her after arriving on the island." With the only problem taken care of, Shiro heads back outside.

Sergio nodded to Shiro and watched him head back to where they had been holding the thief. He believed Shiro wouldn’t do anything drastic, so he thought no more of the situation. Sergio had a different problem to face now. He walked up to the Captain’s deck. He tipped his hat and nodded, acknowledging Hana; then he addressed Kuro. “Captain, I think it’d be best if I headed below deck or somewhere that the White Fleet won’t see me. I used to be a marine, but I deserted due to personal reasons. If they recognize me, they may get suspicious. I don’t wanna be the one responsible of puttin’ the crew in any danger.” Sergio turned and starting walking back the way he came. He spoke once more before heading down the stairs. “Just thought I’d inform ya of where I’ll be. Let me know when things blow over. Otherwise if shit hits the fan, I’m sure I’ll hear it and come help.” He came down the stairs and saw Shiro walk back out on to the deck. As he passed him, Sergio patted Shiro’s shoulder. “I’ll be heading down below for the time being so there won’t be anymore trouble than there already is. Make sure you keep an eye on the Captain. He seems like he isn’t one to pass up a chance at flirting with disaster if you know what I mean.” Sergio chuckled and moved on until he reached a door that led down to the lower level of the ship.

Deciding to wait for the marine ship, it was not long until the two were floating side to side, the white fleet destroyer slightly dwarfed by the pirates. Looking down on the deck it became clear that the crew had taken losses as of late, a ship like this should require a lot more crew than the ones now busy at work tying the two ships together, the one who where there all looked a bit ragged, their cloths torn in places and by the looks of the few cannons the ship was armed with it became even clearer that the ship had recently seen battle, though the hull of the ship looked perfectly fine, beside a few soot marks here and there. It did't take long before a gangplank was raised and fixed as a temporary bridge between their ships and if on cue, the moment the two ships were locked like this, the door to the command deck of the destroyer opened, revealing a thin man wearing a completely white coat that partly covered the black suit he wore beneath, a white tie was tied up perfectly making him look quite out of the place among his ragged crew. As he made his way down to the main deck and up the gangplank(several armed marines in tow) they got a better look at him, he had a wrinkled aged face that nicely complimented his rather wiry body, his eyes were formed in a sharp downward twist that made him seem bored out of his mind, otherwise he was rather plain looking and there was no sign of weapons on him. Good evening.. I am Doctor Kitai, senior inspector of White Fleet intelligence. He said as he finally made it to where Shiro and Kuro were standing as his eyes slowly looked around, inspecting the ship in a boorish manner, as if he had seen the same thing a hundred times before. I assume you are the captain.. He said, looking towards Kuro. Ill need you to answer a few routine questions for me.. He said as he pulled up a leatherbound notebook from a pocket in his coat along with a pencil. What is the designation of this ship, where are you heading, where did you last leave port, and finally for what reason are you now travelling to chosen destination.

Kuro let out a slight sigh at the news of Sergio being a former marine it wasn’t that he really cared himself but it was a slight risk that one of the white fleet would know him. The again if they were lucky then the White fleet would stick to their own group and not really know any of the other marines or at least that was something Kuro was leaving up to chance! The others on the ship should be fine after all they were new so weren’t known and none of the others were linked to the marines...everything seemed to be taken care of even the girl and excuse if something went wrong. All he needed to do was keep a calm collected head and not do something stupid and hope that none of his crew members had itchy fingers. People with itchy fingers were often dangerous under these circumstances since one bullet or wrong move could create a shit storm. “So that’s the white fleet or part of them anyway...they look a bit worn out.” Kuro spoke to himself while observing the White Fleet. It was important to gather information and as much of it as possible but from the looks of it they weren’t exactly in top shape...possibly a battle or something prior to this engagement. It was the second group of people he had seen from the White Fleet and once again they looked to have been through some intense battle. By the looks of it the latest pirate actions had caused quite a stir for the marines although they had probably wiped half of the pirates out in that mess. Then again this could have been from a different battle however if they were here it meant they had won and the others had more than likely lost. Things were starting to look a bit better for Kuro seeing as the White Fleet seemed to have been drastically weakened however he still didn’t want to fight them! Attacking the White Fleet could or to be exact it would guarantee a bounty and death if you were not strong enough to constantly do battle with them which was something Kuro wasn’t yet. The other option was to kill every last one of them but that was risky since it wouldn’t take long for somebody o release some sort of coded signal...talking his way out would be best it still seemed. “Travelling merchants, Spin-Spin Island and we are heading towards Sawtooth Isle. Hopefully we can pick up some items to trade and make some money!” Kuro raised his voice like any excited merchant would when it came to making money. It wasn’t intimidating though it was more like a man that couldn’t contain his feelings that was ragging around inside of him. Raising his almost empty glass up he made sure to drink everything all the way down to the very last drop in the bottom. His eyes flicked across to the crew members of the White Fleet and with a sight he brought the now empty glass down from his lips. “Seems you haven’t had it easy...trouble with pirates or something? You’re the second group of the White Fleet we have seen like this. If you would like or need anything then we have enough supplies of food, drink and even a few first aid supplies that you could all use.” Kuro looked out at the ocean before turning his attention back to the man that was asking him all the questions as he waited for his answer.

"An inspection? How pointless ... " Shiro thought. He found the presence of authority to be rather troublesome, or even irritating to deal with. Although figures like the Vice Admiral he encountered were certainly compelling, the general population of the marines tend to be boring, rule-regulating maniacs. Still sitting from the side of the boat, Shiro continued staring at the sky. His calm, relaxed posture was a clear signal that the people on this ship were not any criminals of the sort. It was the kind of laid-back atmosphere that the ship always had. Twitch . . Shiro's body twitched for a slight second. It an incredibly small twitch that only he could feel and notice. Even though it had been days already, his body had yet to adjust to his newly-ate devil fruit. Careless use of the fruit would result in the worst possible - Turning into swords from the inside out. Sometime later, Shiro would need to find the opportunity to medicate and connect with his inner world . . .

The inspector silently wrote notes onto his little pad as Kuro spoke, his eyes moved up and down without much of a gesture coming from his hands or even a change of expression, kind of like a shrink. His eyes only went slightly up when Kuro told him they had come from Spin Spin, which was probably what made him ignore the question directed towards him. Instead he clicked his pen onto the surface of the pad and fixed his eyes on Kuro's with such intensity that anyone would have felt tense. Spin-Spin.. What is your name boy? The way he said these words were in such a manner that Kuro felt like lying would easily be seen through, those annoying eyes of a mother that seems to know you inside out was peering into him as he waited for his answer. The intensity of the situation slowly creeping in on them, stronger for every second. And this.. This is not really a merchant ship, is it? - More and more marines are starting to make their way up the gangplank to take up position behind the inspector-

“My name is Kuro...” with a sight Kuro answered the man’s question it seemed like Kuro thought talking to the man was turning into a hopeless situation. His eyes flicked across towards the increasing number of marine members that had gathered on his ship...it was annoying but he needed to bite his tongue for now at least. Kuro lightly began to rub the top of his head while thinking on the best way to answer the man’s question or to be precise he was thinking of the best way to say it so that the man wouldn’t doubt him like he already was doing. Kuro really would like to avoid combat at all costs if possible but he wasn’t shy of killing if the need arrived and that was the problem. He would have to slaughter an entire crew if a fight was to break out and not only that but it could so easily lead to them being wiped out...people in the White Fleet weren’t exactly pushovers. Allowing his hand to run down by his side Kuro turned to Hana before patting her on the shoulder and giving her a simple nod. He had noticed her hand was twitching near the handle of her blade...she was probably shorter tempered than he was. “The ship is what it is nothing more and nothing else. if you can show me a merchant ship in this current new world that doesn’t look like it can handle the oceans then I will kill myself for you.” Kuro seemed pretty damn serious about what he said. Even willing to kill his self to prove a point and it didn’t sound like a bluff... He was mainly meaning the cannons on the ship with them being to scare off any pirates or at least give them a fighting chance as well as the rough looking crew members on his ship well some were rough looking. Moving back ever so slightly Kuro sat on the edge of the ship looking down at the waves while smiling slightly before he looked back over towards the inspector. The man doubted him that much was easy to pick up from his tone but he obviously didn’t doubt him enough to launch an attack just yet. Just how blood thirsty were the marines these days and was it really all because of that incident with the famous pirates...ever since the blue thing his life had seemed to explode into action once again. Kuro couldn’t help but wish he could plunge into the inspectors head and find out the answers to his questions. This was the second vessel of the White Fleet that he had seen battered and he was wondering how many losses they had suffered or maybe something else was happening in the new world that he didn’t know about...he didn’t like not knowing it meant he was blind. “It is hard to trust people lately...usually we go to Spin-Spin island for the fish since they have a lot rare fish. This time though the damn place was littered with pirates...bloody pirates in a spot that is known to be safe! I lost two fucking crew members to a girl that had sneaked on our ship.” Kuro let out a pained sigh as he finished talking. His hands tightened in their grip as he looked down towards the crew members on his ship. “Honestly she is in pretty bad shape so we were going to turn her over once we reached the island but maybe you can take her? If you doubt us that much then why not come to the island with us and you can check us out there. I know we would certainly feel a lot safer being escorted by you guys and it seems a few of your people need some help and possibly some supplies.” Kuro looked over towards the inspector while talking. His words seemed to hold truth behind them while he smile did actually seem warm and caring...

The inspector listened to him, or atleast he watched him, his eyes seemingly not moving an inch, not even a blink was thrown his way before he finally was done speaking. Then, at the end he smiled. Certainly, it seems everything is in order here. He snapped his fingers and the marines looked towards him, if one of Kuro's crews have a high perception they might have noticed a few of the battered marines smiling a little too knowingly, one of them even snickering a bit as they moved down the gangplank and down onto the destroyer, one by one until only the Doctor remained. These are dangerous times, and these waters are even deadlier. I hope you understand my need for scrutiny. We will follow you to the next port, it is where we are headed in the first place. With that he snapped his notebook together, made a sharp turn and made his way down the destroyer until he was out of ears reach. At that time, another form that the pirates could see appeared out of the command building. He nodded towards the inspector and made his way down the ship and up the gangplank, taking a short leap in order to reach the pirate ship just as the gangplank was being dragged back and back onto the destroyer, leaving the newcomer stranded on their boat. Yo.. Up close the first thing they noticed was the mans incredibly sleepy eyes, dark rings that seemed almost permanently printed under his eyes were only further amplified with a dark, bored expression. Covering his sleepy head was a thick golden, cashew colored hair that lazily hung down to his shoulders. Over a slightly tan body he wore a set of black pants and a deep blue shirt that was partly buttoned up at the top, giving him a even more of a lazy look to him. Covering it all he wore a fully buttoned up coat of the same color as his shirt, if not a bit lighter, besides that the only really stand out thing about him was the color of his eyes, which were a mix of brown and green, the green dancing in a swirl around the core of his pupils. All in all, this guy seemed the opposite of the inspector. I'll be staying on this ship til we reach port.. If you nee- Ah.. screw it... Its not like it matters. Cutting down on the formalities, the "marine" stepped down from where he had been standing and walked over to the nearest comfortable sitting location he could find and slumped down, almost immediately letting his eyes close. - The destroyer starts to move into position directly behind their ship, its largest front-aimed canon conveniently directed towards their vulnerable backside. -

There was nothing left to discuss. Shiro hardly cared about the man that had entered the boat. "Not much to do until we arrive . . ." He thought. It didn't take too long, as their discussions had last for quite a long time. A few more minutes was all it took for them to reach port. Now, it would be time for Kuro to shake these marines off their belt. (Bax's turn next)

As the marine inspector turned, vacating the newly acquired “merchant” ship, a little figure slid down the mane mast, appearing briefly beneath the sail; before disappearing once more behind the ropes that are used to manipulate the direction of the cloth. As the man plopped himself down, closing his eyes the young girl from Spin-Spin island—who witnessed Kuro’s and Shiro’s fight appeared in front of Kuro. Her long hair was disheveled, her uniform now replaced by a simple tunic and leggings, the girl’s complexion made her look sickly. While she was on Spin spin, she had come across an odd looking fruit; it resembled a trumpet, but was completely eatable. At the time, the girl had been extremely hungry so naturally she took a giant bite. Worst and best mistake of her entire life. Quickly, she became quite dizzy and tired. She made her way on to her ship…or in actuality, what she thought was her ship but turned out to be this one. When they set sail, she was caught off guard, and retreated to the place where she liked to hide on her boat: up behind the sail, caught between it and the mast so not to fall off. Now though, she was quite lost and upset. She found one of those crazy men who seemed to be nice and new how to take charge. “Sir, sir! Remember me? Doncha? I’m kaya Doma, remember?” At this point, she dropped her voice to a whisper, “Where are we?” Force force no mi’ Basic level: This level of the fruit establishes a control over centripetal force—which is a basic redirection of energy (most often kinetic) in which the user is first struck, and then the attack is sent in a different direction. This does not mean that the user in invulnerable to attack; on the contrary: because the user is struck, the user is actually slightly harmed—at 1 tenth the power of the original attack—the rest sent into another direction. When first used—until a predetermined amount of stat points is placed in the devil fruit category—the direction is uncontrollable, but as the power grows, so does the strength of the abilities. Intermediate level: At this stage of the fruit’s development, the user can both now control centripetal force and Centrifugal force—the utilization of movement in an orbital direction, to redirect energy (most often utilizing potential energy, instead of kinetic). Due to the nature of this ability, it is slightly more difficult. Instead of sending the attack spinning in odd directions, the attack strikes, then is sent—at the same time but in opposite directions from the user of the fruit—in to a spiral, circling the person struck. Now, using centripetal force—first striking the attack or object in question—the user may send the harmful object away from his or herself, while also protecting themselves in the opposite direction, enacting numen’s first law: every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction. Because of the properties of Centrifugal force, when the user of the fruit is spinning with the malignant object, gravity directly between the attack and user is nullified tempera rally due to fast spinning. The user is still not invulnerable, holding to the same level of harm that it can collect; however, it is slightly more when the user strikes, more like half of the original attack’s harmfulness is transferred when the user attempts to send the attack away from his or herself. Advanced stage: At the most advanced stage of the fruits development, the user is able to solidify the kinetic energy and passive energy built up from the centripetal force and Centrifugal force, causing condensed energy waves that the user can shape into slow moving beams of energy, or hand shapes or other objects best suited for the situation. In order to redirect the energy in this manner however, the user must take into them 7/10 of the original attack’s energy, which to a body even in the one piece world could do quite a bit of internal damage.

Kuro looked down at the little girl who was standing right in front of him, if he could be the same normal self she had seen before he might have jumped out of his skin or made some joke. Unfortunately he couldn’t be that person instead he needed to be somebody else...no something else. He needed to be calm and wait for the right moment to make his move if it came down to that which he was still hoping it wouldn’t. His eyes drifted back towards the marine ship that had been stalking them the entire journey with his bloody gun pointing at them. That was annoying and rather insulting...how they dare point that thing at him having already shot him once. His attention fell back down to the young girl in front of him she was a marine or so she said before and yet she was so young...and on his ship for some reason. “Now was it Kaya-chan or Doma-chan?” Kuro laughed softly while saying the different names. He needed something to stop him thinking the way he was and she served that purpose perfectly. “Come on lets go get you something to eat or drink.” Kuro spoke while taking the young girls hand as he led her away from the main deck. They were coming into port but he couldn’t make his move yet after all if he made a wrong move it could spell trouble for him. For now though he would have to deal with the young girl that he had a hold of. She knew he was a pirate and if that got out then things would be speeded up considerably as well as the course of the events changing rather drastically. Heading back into the cooking area Kuro looked around for something that she could eat or drink...beer obviously being out of the question with her being young to say the least. While searching for the food and drink he was at the same time thinking of the best way to keep her mouth shut, the thought of killing her had crossed his mind several times. It would be the most efficient way and reduce the risk of the marines finding out about them but...he wasn’t in the mood for killing an innocent girl. He was lucky in that he had found some sweet candy and something that didn’t contain any alcohol for her to drink. He was humming some sort of song while placing the food and drink on the table before looking at the girl, all at the time wondering why she was travelling around on her own. “Well if you want something else just speak up and for now we are playing a game where we are merchants. So if anybody asks you anything just say that we are merchants than travel the world okay? The winner at the end of the game gains a special prize.” As he finished talking he cast a look over towards the door that they had walked through, Hana was standing at the door with her eyes looking down at both Kuro and Kaya-chan. “nothing bad happens to anybody in this game unless I say so.” He smiled while rubbing Kaya-chan on the top of her head like an elder brother probably would.

A look of puzzlement came across Kaya’s face, as she contemplated his words. The man—who she still assumed to be a high-ranking Marine officer—was treating her far kinder than any marine officer had ever; which indicated, that perhaps he wasn’t a Marine after all. The mention of a game settled it for Kaya. She started to salute the man, but stopped herself. Merchants didn’t salute, no…instead they curtsied or something, or so she thought. She performed a half-curtsy before falling off the stool that she had sat herself on, when the sweets and drink were offered. She smiled up at the man, and giggled as she got back to her feet. “Alright, I’ll win…believe it!” She grabbed up the mug of liquid, and chugged it down and blinked. “Apple juice? How did you get this…this is...Sugoii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” The girl was beyond her destinies reach, as she blissfully thought about apple juice.

( no idea where I am so ill just assume I'm within hearing range of of kuro and can edit it if I need to ) As she is resting she hears someone coming and stops the healing process so they don't know what she can do. Then outta the blue shirou barges in and rushes towards her she puts up her bone armor and hides it below her skin so it doesn't give away her powers. But before she can put it on her neck shirou hits her pressure point when she awakes she wonders where she is this is a new room she quickly hears kuro talking to a little girl and wonders why they would want to pretend they are merchant maybe she could use this to her to her advantage in her escape. she then waits for the thugs guarding her to turn there back, she then looks around when she knew they couldn't see her she counts how many guards there are and what her surrounding are, then goes back to half sleep half awake and listens in on what's going on waiting for the chance to make her move.

| ((Blue part is the use of his DF)) Short version! -Kuro sunk the marine ship killing some of the marines. -Kuro killed quite a few of the people on the island or at least the people near the docks. -The ship took a fucking battering! Will be able to sail but nowhere near its full capacity -You all found of Kuro has a devil fruit -you found out the skull symbol of the crew -we arrived at the current story island -Kuro went missing for at least a week! -nobody knows what happened on the island along with Kuro and the marines that survived the initial attack. -Kuro met back up with the crew on the story island. -we arrived at the bad side of the story island. -what happened on the island with Kuro can be played out later if Kant wants or he can decide what happened. “Well what a mess this little game has turned into...” There was a small brief pause after Kuro finished talking his words almost trailing off before placing his empty glass back on the table near the small girl he had brought down with him. She was more than happy with the drink she had so he was glad about that and the fact she was so over the top happy probably meant she hadn’t had it as easy as many kids with families. Maybe her family had been killed in a raid or something either way if they were on Spin-Spin Island they were dead now and buried at the bottom of the ocean...did she know? Probably not but that wasn’t of any concern to him in fact he didn’t know much about the girl and that was fine but the way she first introduced herself made it sound like she was a marine...and her partner or the other girl with her at least seemed more like a marine type of person. For now he didn’t have time to think about or worry about the small girl, he would have her join his crew later though that was something he had already decided on but for now he needed to make sure his crew survived... “It isn’t your fault so don’t worry. Besides everything has been taken care of I will meet you all at the next island.” Kuro spoke up cutting off Hana before she could even open her mouth instead she could only stand at the doorway looking on helplessly like some useless doll as Kuro slowly unfastened the front of his jacket. Her eyes growing larger at the sight of Kuro removing his trademark black Jacket as he placed it down on the table near the small girl. The jacket itself on the outside looked like any ordinary jacket but the fact that the table seemed to have gained an extreme amount of weight probably meant that the jacket itself was heavier than 2 or 3 people! Not counting the wait the more unusual part of the jacket was on the inside with various markings and seals placed in several different locations of the jacket with the largest seal being on the centre probably the place of the jacket that would rest against the back of Kuro. Kuro raised his hands up as high as he possibly could as he stretched letting out a massive sigh of relief but also one of freedom even if a hint of fear was there hidden deep under the joy of having the shackles removed from him. Even under his plain white shirt you could see his ripped body it wasn’t overly muscle instead it was still lean the sort that would allow him to move freely and effortlessly while retaining all the power of his muscles...it was the sort of body chiselled from countless battles be they battles during harsh training or battles against people on the ocean...hell even the ocean itself had helped. Dropping his hand back down by his side he lightly rubbed the top of the young girls head like a brother possible would before walking over towards Hana as he lightly kissed the top of her forehead in a loving cherishing way...clearly the way you would kiss somebody precious to you. “Are you leaving?” “I am since somebody needs to.” “But...” “Relax I promise to meet you on the next island.” “mhmm.” “Look after the newest member for me as well and your captain while I’m gone.” “mhmm...” “Smile you idiot!” Kuro raised his voice while letting out a small relaxed laugh as he passed by Hana smacking her on the ass causing her to jump and let out a low growl. By the time she had turned around to plant a fist into his face he had already made it up the stairs and back to the deck leaving her to follow behind him several seconds later. Kuro was relaxed he knew what he was doing and had already made his choice he could be at peace with whatever happened even if the worse happened he could die knowing he had loved his life how he had wanted it...of course ending the journey so early would be disappointing but life is often like that. While walking past the people in his crew he had dropped a note in the hand of the largest man on the ship he was one of the first people to join his crew and one of the more trusted members on the ship and also possibly the strongest maybe even stronger than Kuro himself. At the same time the large man watched Kuro walk past him taking note of the missing jacket it could only mean one thing, Kuro was intending to go all out if need be on this island. The man took a look at the island it could well be the last time anybody saw the Island...it could be the last time he saw Kuro as well. “She will be safe I promise.” Jon mumbled under his breath as he clutched the note in his hand while his words brought a smile to the face of Kuro even if Jon couldn’t see it. Instead he could only see a wave from Kuro as he raised his hand in the air giving it a small flick, he wasn’t good at saying byes and this wasn’t even a bye it was more like a farewell until next time...he would meet up with his crew since he had only just started it. He couldn’t leave them by themselves now. He passed down the walkway from his ship stepping foot on the islands shores or docks at least not that it really mattered, the important part was he was on the island and no longer on his ship. His eyes drifted out to the ocean as he looked into the distance at the sight of several large ships on the horizon it wouldn’t be long before they reached the island...a few hours possibly. At the same time he had walked off his ship he had made sure the lazy looking marine person had followed him after all he needed him off the ship as well. “You know I thought I could avoid problems for a little while longer but in the new world I guess that isn’t just possible these days. Even more so with the whole Heart pirate thing causing so much chaos in the world with marines and pirates...maybe this is another Island destined for death.” Kuro spoke to not only himself but the marines that had followed him onto the docks his words sounding more like a cornered pirate more than an innocent man. The problem with that being was when cornered a beast would often reveal its claws and bite...just how ferocious a beast was Kuro? Up until now he had seemed rather placid and nice maybe even a bit too nice. As he finished talking a passing sailor or maybe even a pirate was practically jumping with joy at having his log pose finally lock onto the next island. These devices were part of the reason that many pirates docked at or near islands so they could move onto the next it also meant they were stuck for anywhere between hours and weeks...it often made them sitting ducks for other pirates or even worse marines. The hand of Kuro had already reached out towards the head of the man his grip tightening around his head, the man letting out a fearful yelp it wasn’t a yelp or scream of pain just an insurmountable amount of fear had overwhelmed the man. To be fair even if it was over in an instant anybody would be terrified at seeing their body being reduced to nothing! The man had simply vanished or had at least been consumed by the black smog flowing from the hand of Kuro. The log pose the man had held dropping nicely into the hand of Kuro before he tossed it up towards the deck of his ship as Hana caught it with a pained look on her face. Hana hated this plan that was clear for all to see. “All hands on deck! We are leaving this place now!!” Hana screamed at the men on the deck with the words coming out with as much confidence and painlessly as she could possibly manage under the current situation. She needed to be strong for not only the crew but also for Kuro after all if he was strong enough to walk into a battlefield acting as nothing more than bait then she should give him the respect he deserves for his actions...more than anything she should believe in him. Even if Hana felt like succumbing to all her swelling emotions it mattered so very little with the crew witnessing a spectacle that many had simply dreamed of seeing or maybe not even seeing in their wildest dreams. The sinking of none other than the white fleets ship that had sailed behind them threatening them at gunpoint, the actual fearsome sight of the ship sinking lingered in the air as it lasted for several long seconds but the actual attack merely lasted a split second perhaps a second at most. Kuro had drawn his dark black blade from its sheathe on his back bringing it down in an all mighty crushing swing but it wasn’t the actual force of the swing or even the blade itself that had caused the destruction of the powerful White Fleets ship, that would have surely been impossible since he was a good distance away from it. Instead it was something perhaps more terrifying for the people that could only witness a monster wiping out the hope for the people or at least the hope for some people instead it was more like the oncoming death for pirates or people connected to them. The lingering dying black colored smog like energy slowly faded away from both Kuro and the tip of his dark blade into nothing, it was clear for anybody that knew anything about devil fruits that Kuro most defiantly wielded one and to others it looked like the powers of a monster or a demon of some sort. The problem for the people was the black smog like stuff wasn’t stopping instead it was continually flowing from the body of Kuro the ground below his very feet being devoured yet it wasn’t leaving a rough like shape instead it was leaving a smooth feeling to whatever it touched. Whatever it was it was capable of reducing anything it touched to nothing...the ship had been cut by this black energy. The marines that had survived the initial attack on their ship had managed to jump into the ocean for safety while others stranded in parts of the ship simply sank along with it. The ones that survived struggled valiantly to stop the pirate ship from leaving port even if their efforts were hopelessly in vain. The main problem for the pirate ship were the cannons on the cliff sides on the shore with cannonballs raining down upon the strong large ship like droplets of rain from a stormy sky. Some crashed into the water causing shockwaves to rock the ship from side to side while others smashed powerful into the sides of the ship sending bits and pieces of wood flying off in all directions. As powerful as the ship was it was taken a pounding from the cannons even with the cannonballs being swatted out of the sky from the people on the ship the sheer number meant that they were getting through the crews defences. Seeing the damage the ship was taking and the danger of it sinking Kuro could only think of one thing. He needed to stop the cannon fire somehow if only for a few seconds just so that his ship could sail out of their range, the problem being there was only one way he could currently stop the cannons...the cannons would never fire again or at least the people using them wouldn’t. “You were right old man...in a world filled with bloodshed one must fight to protect what’s important. Even kill innocent people it seems.” The saddened tone spoke volumes of just what Kuro was feeling exactly under the current circumstances and at the current state of the world. The last few cannonballs rained down from above before the swift sound of something being cut seized all cannon fire in an instant. His lack of control of the destructive powers he wielded was evident and it was becoming clear why he decided to fight alone. If his own crew were around him they could also very easily fall victim to his devil fruit. The aim was to simply cut the cannons or at least the edges of the cliff with them on but Kuro had actually cut everything in its path as well as the cliff, the people around the cannons and on the docks had been slaughtered along with his intended target...to onlookers it looked as if Kuro had meticulously slaughtered the people for his own sick amusement. He was a pirate after all and to everybody pirates were the evil of the world. What these people around Kuro on the island thought about him mattered very little, he could smile at the fact his ship along with his crew were sailing away to safety for now at least anyway. Many more battles would follow them with battles and death going hand in hand with the life of a pirate and he would probably witness far more of his friends die unless of course he would meet his end here on this island. Turning around Kuro faced directly at the marines who climbed ashore as well as the lazy marine who he was sure was more than likely the most powerful one on the island. “If anybody goes after my crew I will wipe this entire island along with its people from the face of the planet...” the words from Kuro were loud enough for all to hear him as well as powerful enough to strike fear into many of their hearts. His actions had certainly backed up his murderous claim...the battle was about to begin but these words weren’t the words of a dying man but ones of hope...ones of a man sure he would get to see the future no he wanted to build a future of some kind. several days later... After having sailed away to safety the crew found themselves heading to the next island although the normally joyful occasion of sailing into the unknown just wasn’t there. Instead it was a more sorrowful sickly feeling the thought of losing one of their own crew members so soon was a hard motion to bare. Worse of all it wasn’t as if they had lost an ordinary crew member but they had lost their captain of all people...what was a crew without a captain? Many of the members were torn into shreds deep down inside their souls even if they put on brave faces and fake smiles they couldn’t escape the fact they felt guilty and powerless. If only they were strong enough then they could have all stood together and left together that was the current notion on the ship it was so bad that many of them didn’t even mention the name Kuro but the person hurting the most was the current action captain...Hana. She led the crew perfectly while sailing the seas perfectly even with a battered ship that was threatening to sink into the deep ocean waters at any second or slight mistake the pressure on her shoulders was immense and inside she was empty and lost at the sea of her emotions. She couldn’t shake the feeling that Kuro had stayed behind mainly to protect her and all because she was too damn weak to protect herself! It was always the same way it had been in the last 4 years they had known each other...he was always the one getting hurt just to keep her safe. “Keep the ship on this route...” “Aye!” Hana passed the ship onto the capable hands of a sailor beside her it wasn’t a difficult task keeping the ship sailing straight but Hana needed to clear her thoughts or at least let everything out. Quickly entering into the captain’s quarters she buried her face into the only thing she had left of Kuro his ragged looking jacket. Tears flowed down her face endlessly soaking into the drenched jacket...just how many times had she cried into his jacket in the last week was nobody’s guess but she couldn’t help it. The pain in her hart no it was more like a huge hole had been blow right through the center of her heart and it wouldn’t stop hurting no matter what she did or how much she cried the pain was still there. Since leaving the last island as well as Kuro not retuning the ship had lost other crew members to the cannon fire so much that they had even put the thief to good use. Everybody had to work hard or they wouldn’t make it to the next island but the work seemed harder than it had ever been, the crew itself was becoming strained with fights breaking out between several members. The end of the crew seemed to be looming if they couldn’t be pulled together but Hana didn’t know how to do it at all it was far too hard for her right now. The fact that nearly everyone on the ship had different dreams, views, natures was only helping to make keeping them altogether even harder than it would normally be...the fact Kuro was able to have them all blend together was testament to why he had become captain. He had never lied to any of them and yet they had followed him even if they thought differently about different things. He had something Hana often called a captains aura that few had or maybe it was just down to confidence. “I CAN SEE THE ISLAND!” One of the men yelled at the top of his lungs in a huge sigh of relief they had made it to the next island safely. They could perhaps forget about all their troubles for a little while with many of the people quickly jumping from the battered ship. The island itself didn’t exactly look the most welcoming but nobody cared about that instead they were finally off the damn ship and they could leave all their doubts and negativity on the ship for now! No more worries on when or if Kuro would return instead they would face the task before them and move forward...their journey was still ongoing and they would meet up with Kuro later on hopefully. With the last member jumping off the ship it was the largest man of the crew the one called Jon which was a fairly simple and uninteresting name for such an interesting looking person. His eyes glanced up towards the sky while his head shook slightly at the sight he could see. A man that enjoyed doing flashy things seemed to have caught his eye a man that would bring the heart of the crew back with him was coming and he was coming in at some speed. “You took your god damn fucking time!” Jon let out a heartfelt laugh while seemingly shouting at himself causing one of the crew members to move away from him assuming he had finally cracked. It didn’t take long before the rest of the crew realized what Jon was talking about with a shockwave blowing several of them back along with any loose dirt or trees near the area. Two large black wings shielding whatever was inside them as they wrapped tightly around a person who had crashed from the sky landing on one of their knees, the wings slowly moving back no fading away into nothing similar to the dark energy stuff Kuro was using before.with a shake of his head Kuro rose back to his feet bringing his hand up to the top of his head rubbing the dirt from his hair, his face having the largest smile one could imagine. He was wearing a similar version of his jacket to what he had left behind but this one was much newer and more detailed. It was no longer a plain black jacket instead it was still black that part hadn’t changed but at the centre of the jacket on the back was a giant golden skull with two black wings running down the sides of the skull with the word “Fallen” on the top along with the world “Angel” on the bottom. The front of the jacket was similar with the skull symbol being much smaller as it rested over the right side of his chest. The inside of the jacket couldn’t be seen but more than likely it had the same seals as the last, his twin blades resting inside the back of his jacket with their handles sticking out just above his head for quick access. “Not my fault. Traffic was a bitch!” Kuro laughed like nothing at all was wrong while others had worried Kuro seemed like he lived on a different world completely. “Can you bring me the little thief from before?” Kuro looked over towards were the thief was motioning for her to come over to him.
