Brink rolls his eyes "He wouldn't know what to do with it."

They come to screeching halt in front of the council building.

The seven council members sit around the elliptical table, General Finnick in the middle, flanked by the other six members. All are dressed in suits or military uniform, and all are watching the group as they enter. Finnick nods to Cyn, who waves, and Alexi, who turns her head and ignores him.
"Welcome to the Council of Seven!" General Finnick says as they enter. "I'm sure you all know why we're here, so if you would." He motions for the group to start.

"General" He bows. "Introducing Alan of planet Halloin, the priestess and alliance negotiator. She will be showing you the very power of her people, the power that could possibly rebuild our entire planet back to it's glorious form."

He turns to Alan. "Do you promise to be truthful, and answer ANY questions from the council?" Alan nods "Yes sir-..I mean..I do..hehe." She smiles nervously and walks forward next to Brink.

"What's with Vicky's attitude?" Cyn whispers to Alexi.
Alexi glances at her, then at the other council members. "Don't call her that here. She's Captain Victoria Warwick to you."

The row of council members go as follows starting from the left:
Claudius Alampi, the Merchant from planet Vorix; Rurigig, the tribesman of the Outer Realms; Victoria Warwick, Captain and skilled Commander of the Kavardan Guard; Finnick Bartel, General of the Kavardan Army and leader of the Council of Seven; Sabafae Maeana and Crassus Skalf, the duel representatives from the Eastern Sector of the Galactic Federation; and Morag Bax, the representative of the people and public relations head.

(Think of Rurigig as an Orc and having a Russian-esque accent due to his people's language. Skalf and Maeana are basically like elves minus the pointed ears. Morag is like a short, fat man. Victoria and Finnick are Kavardan, while Claudius is just a really big guy. I'll update their profiles later, but for now, I hope that gives you a better image of them!)

Skalf crosses his arms, skeptical. Rurigig listens to Alan intently, a smiles slowly spreading across his lips.
Claudius speaks again: "You mean to say that your people would create this new planet and move to it as well, not only to provide the upkeep but to also protect themselves from a threat unknown to us?"
Rurigig laughs. "What is so wrong with that old one?" he asks, his accent heavy. "It is like we are conquering them without needing a war. It is best solution; easy!"
"We would not be treating them as such," Morag says. "They would be citizens of the Kavarda and members of the Galactic Federation, not war refugees to use for their power."
"Morag is correct in that," Victoria says while inspecting her nails. "However, if they are to be the keepers of the planet, then we are essentially using them as a battery. How long can that last? If something were to happen to them, the planet they created would die leading to our destruction along with it. We're better off living as we are."
The council members start to talk amongst themselves for a minute.
Alexi scoffs at the scene in front of her. "So this is how our system works?"
"Amazing that they ever get anything done!" Cyn says, chuckling.
General Finnick, who has been resting his head in his interlaced fingers whole time, straightens up. He holds up a hand, silencing the chatter of the Council immediately. Clearing his throat he says, "Obviously there are some holes here and there. Perhaps you could fill us in?" He watches Alan carefully. "I'd like to know three main things," he holds out a finger for each item, "First, this new planet will be large enough to fit both your people and my people so it must be of a considerable size; how many people shall it take to maintain it in a stable condition for living? Second, how much of a strain would this be on your people; I have no intention of using them 'as a battery' or treating them as slaves, should it be too much I would not even attempt this. Finally and most importantly, what is this darkness of which you speak that 'haunts' your people? If, by relocating here, this threat becomes a problem to my people I will be forced to take action against it, even if it meant the destruction of your own."

(Yeah, I get it. Are you looking for pics?)

Alan gulps and takes a deep breath. "Well General, my people's population is vast. Everyone has the power of the worlds, some more powerful than others. Those who are strongest are of the closest to the great goddess, Ea. It is a gift we are given in order to praise and help our world." She pauses and looks at her friends then back.

"This world would be more than a world if that. If my enough of my people could be protected and there to maintain, we could even have Kavarda be separated into a bunch of planets. A whole private galaxy so to speak."Alan walks closer to the seven.

"As long as we have our greatest life source, water we will not be strained. It is not that much of an indulgence we would take, in fact our planet is abundant. W-We could even have a separate planet in the Kavardan galaxy!." She looks straight into his eyes as her forehead gem glows a pale green.

"General. the dark force of which I speak, is one who tainted our precious water. He has been locked up for a long time, however, as Ea grows weak, we can not hold him. If we were to trap him in the current Halloin, we could destroy it and banish him forever. Thus sparing the future galaxy or planet from harm."

Alan finishes and starts biting her lip in anticipation, hoping to not let her friends down.

(Yeah, I'm working on it, but they're not quite what I'm looking for. If I could just draw them the way they are, then I would, but I don't have the skill for that right now...so meh. One thing at a time.)

The General leans back in his chair, contemplating what Alan has said. The rest of the council relaxes, waiting for him to speak his opinion. Skalf speaks up first, impatient in the silence. "Sounds like your people are far more powerful than you let on. I saw we try this. It's a win-win!"
Maeana glances at her colleague, then back to Alan. "Impatient as always Crassus."
Rurigig laughs at the thought of building galaxies. "What a grand power to have! If only my own people possessed such a trait!"
"Your people do not need the trait," Morag says, "You are all giants and incredibly well versed in the language of violence."
"That is funny coming from one so small," Rurigig retorts.
"His short size has nothing to do with the truth he speaks," Claudius chips in.
"Are you looking for a fight old man?" Rurigig says, turning to Alampi with menace.
"I would not challenge that 'old man' if I were you Rugby," Skalf says, "He'd lay you flat faster than a flyff on reffle grass." Maeana giggles at this despite the obvious distaste she shows for arguments.
"Silence!" Finnick barks. The council members become quiet immediately, Rurigig sitting back down. "Remember why we are here." The General sighs.
Cyn leans towards Alexi. "This is like babysitting children," he says.
"Maybe that's where all the gray hair comes from," Zaine whispers to duo who chuckle in response.
"Now," the General says, "I trust that you carry the word and faith of your people; as such I will be taking your words to be the words of the people whom you represent. Are you certain that you are alright with destroying your home planet? You must be absolutely certain; any shred of doubt will lead you to the path of regret and eventually resentment. You must be certain. Your people must be certain that this is what must be done."

(I'm glad you liked my Facebook message! Glad I could make your day! <3)

Alan takes a deep breath and closes her eyes. She puts her palms up as water pours into her hands and she moves it around into a ball.

"You see, I can control all elements that make up a planet."
The ball collapses and expands back into a hard rock of dirt and stone.
"Air, Dirt, Stone, Water, Grass." She continues.
"And then we can put it all together." Alan says as she stops.

The room fills with light as she begins to weave elements into a sphere about the size of a basketball. As she adds more it begins to look more noticeably like a planet. The land of the planet seems to be in shape of a fish as the water surrounds it.

Alan's forehead gem glows white as she lifts it in front of the seven so they may touch and look at the planet.

"It is small, but with more of us it can be a functional place."

The General examines the tiny sphere with interest, then laughs. The council looks to him with worry, wondering why he is laughing. "This!" he says, amazed, "This is an awesome power that your people have and you have certainly shown us what it is you can do. You have said that all your people have this ability, in varying levels of skill, and I now believe you. This idea is very possible. With the Kavardan military's powers your people will be safe on this new planet of which we wish your people to make and maintain and it shall be a simple task to rid yourselves of your old one and the threat it harbors." "It is good plan," Rurigig says. "Nothing will go wrong with military there, right Captain Warwick?"
"Of course," Warwick says. "There is nothing in the known galaxy that our military cannot handle."
