As for the change itself, the loss of his god-like status has given him some time to reflect on things. He obviously still feels guilty, and still feels like it is his responsibility, so I don't see it as a complete 180. | For once, I gave up on the story. It doesn't make any sense at all. They are putting random arcs there for amusement and it doesn't really put too much value on the real main characters at all. I'll just watch this simply for fun and entertainment. I don't want to focus too much on the story side. It's horribly written. |

| Ugh..didn't see Index and Touma at all..just heard Index's voice that's all, It seems that this season and Railgun just a setup for another season..i mean Kamijyou Faction is increasing their influenced in both Magic and Science, with Misaka, Index, Style or whatever name he has, Kanzaki, Deep Blood and probably Accelerator, also MISAKA join up a force even the higher up or the church will get serious problem.. |

| Last Order: a ultra cute loli version of Mikoto, it's almost too good to be true (^_^) Funny how she walked around with nothing but a blanket on the whole time too =P Looks like Accelerator is going to redeem himself a little and help her out, hope it's done well and not completely destroys his character. |

| quite entertaining... The show suffer from leack of storyline focus, but this entertained me nonetheless, it'll be very exciting to see Accelerator to fight for Index one day, his ability is beyond doubt. |

I thought he was going to pick that Amao profile page, but I guess he really fell in love with Misaka so he chose her tape profile, very interesting. I wonder what's going to happen. | For the most part the storytelling and reasoning is stupid but.. It's...so..damn..entertaining, that I don't care. Really, because of that this show has no chance of getting higher than a 7 because of that, joining Gurren Lagan and Code Geass as entertaining train wrecks. |

Though he acts like he is disconnected and doesn’t care, it turns out that he does. I still think that he still has a few screws loose, but he’s still human and not just some psychopathic raging monster. But what was up with him taking all of the Misaka’s cloth off? He could have just removed her hood, right? And that little Misaka clone was cute, the only problem with her is the way she repeats her name twice after every sentence. It gets annoying. When Accelerator fought he was flying all over the place due to velocity change or something. Why not do the same when he was running around town? He could easily cover more ground that way. |

| Family restaurants in Japan must be pretty accepting to allow a weird looking guy like Accelerator to bring a naked loli wrapped in a blanket into their establishment. Anyway, at this point in the series I have gotten tired of Touma and Index so this episode was refreshing. The Misaka clones and Accelerator have proven to be the highlight of the show so I am happy to be seeing more of them. I don't know why they felt the need to make this Misaka clone into yet another loli character however. The loli density of this series was already quite high but whatever. Good episode. |

| 4/5 Bet with high unsettling, not a bad story and narrative fun, but too fast and then carry little bite on the viewer! Sufficient drawings, animations good! |
