| This thread will list powerful shinobi in the SWR universe. This includes, but is not limited to, missing ninja. People listed in this thread will be awarded a title based on their characters deeds, techniques, and personality, all of which can be influenced by the RPer (the RPer will still decide on the bonuses.) Information provided on person in this thread will become public player-character knowledge, meaning it is basic knowledge for all characters in SWR to have, however, data in this thread is not necessarily accurate, rather, it is only filled with information spread by rumour and reputation. Lastly, people on this list can be taken down at any time without being a rogue ninja. However, if you are on this list and are not a rogue ninja, anyone who chooses to attack you will become a rogue ninja, forsaking the name and safety of their hidden village unless the two respective combatants belong to warring nations, in which case rogue ninja status will be decided by the kage of the attacker's village.
