After losing her memories she tries to be "her" ( from the original universe), eventhough she doesn't have any memory of herself she just act like what she should have been but with more care because she has to find anithing that is linked to her memories. As you saw every time she died she was transported in another universe where she acted again like "her". the only difference was that she trusted the person she was with(i do not say that she love them) but she acted in consequence of what she was being told. For instance Shin told her that he is her boyfriend, she started to like him eventually when she discovered him and she had a relief when she found out that he is not a murderer. From my perspective she didn't had mixed felings or anything like this, she just acted in a way that would bring some memories back, because she was connected with everyone and they shared a past together. I think that she thought the past was unaltered eventhought the univers is changed (in theories whit multiple universes the univers can split up at any point, sharing the past but have a different future). So she can regain some of her memories in this maner and in the same time leaving the univers in which she were continue its own destiny(unfortunetly she died in every universe, the story does not tell us if the other self was sent back in time as well to continue its own existance from where it was intrerupted, or to continue from the day the original heroine left the other universe).
You asked who she would choose. From what I saw I would say that she will choose Ukyu. In my opinion he is from the original universe. Ukyu is the one that loved her the most and because of him she lived in the end. Another thing that makes me to choose him is that in every other univers she is with shin toma ken and ikki. This means that in the original universe she was with him, then it was the accident on august 1st and then she died on 25 august, from that moment ukyu traveled from world to world to find a universe in which the both lived (in universes where she lived he would die because he didn't exist in that universe and the world tried to kill him. the exact same thing happened to her). So I think that ukyu is the original boyfriend that suffered several deaths and powerfull pains just to see her again and to save her.

Thank you! Yes, I also think in the anime it is Ukyo. But at the end the heroine was also shown with all of them in their worlds. So it means even if Ukyo was her original boyfriend, she can nevertheless choose the others.
