| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah nice, Sailor Venus' debut. I think her voice fits. Look like she reveals a bit of info about the Dark Kingdom. Artemis also makes its debut this episode. Overall, it was a good buildup I suppose. I'm not sure about this Kunzite guy. A direct attack like that at Tokyo Tower? Heh. I thought the fight was okay. HEALING MOON ESCALATION. And this was also quite something with the kiss  |

| So Usagi gets saved again, then she boldly claims that they'll take care of the enemy, and then she immediately becomes a liability again and needs to be saved again. I don't remember much from the manga, but I really hope she's done being so incompetent now, it's beyond annoying. |
| Good start on developing Minako's personality. I hope they can fuse the best parts of each previous version and deliver a great character. That's really a weak point in this incarnation of SM -- the extremely streamlined nature of the storytelling leaves very little if any time for character development for anyone other than Usagi and maybe Mamoru. | The Sailor Scouts are having a hard time with Kunzite. All their attacks leave no damage or have any affect on him. Not even the Healing Moon Escalation was able to do damage. Usagi gets back at Tuxedo Mask by kissing him. He stole a kiss from her while she was sleeping, and here she steals a kiss from him. Tuxedo Mask taking the blast to protect Sailor Moon and the girls. What a way to end the episode, with a cliffhanger. |

| Well an enjoyable episode. I like Venus's transformation it looked really good. Plus some nice development for Tuexdo Mask though they got me good on that cliffhanger. Well next ep ought to be a good one. I can't wait for it! Sent with Mal Updater |

| Kunzite is badass! Why wasn't he the first one to go after the Sailor Guardians? That would've been the best move for the opponent side. Once again, Tuxedo Mask saves Usagi and in return, gets a sudden kiss. Tbh, I want to see her save herself for once. Best part of the show: Introduction of Sailor V (Minaki Aino). She could easily become the best Sailor Guardian. |

| I was going to complain about them making us wait for the "BIG REVEAL" till next ep, but then I skimmed through the manga and saw that the episode ended exactly where the chapter ended. You know, I'm actually really amazed with how they have manged to stay very true to the manga (story and timing wise) while still managing add in little alterations. I look forward to seeing what they do with the Shitennou since they are still alive. I am really hoping they are going to address the past live relationships between the Shitennou and inner senshi in some way. They already seem to be hinting at it (With Sailor V saying 'Remember your true self' and Kunzite hesitating for a second) so I'll keep my figures crossed ^__^ |

| Can't believe I forgot to wake up early to watch this. I was tired from work I guess. Anyways waaau the suspense in this episode was wow! I believe Sailor Venus is saying she is the princess to protect the real one. I think, and she and artemis both have their memories from their previous lives. If Artemis filled Luna now with the facts, I wonder if they will tell the others as well. Lol Sailor Moon is totally different this time, And Tuxedo Kamen noticed it, err Endimyon. Endymyon? lol... awesome ep for sure! |

| That was an awesome episode! Love what they're doing with Minako. Love what they're doing with Kunzite. Loved that kiss and Usagi's moment of strength. Can't wait til the next episode. |

And like anyone else I think we have a nice cliffhanger here. IMO Venus' and Arthemis' VA are good. I personally like Minako's VA better. I even like how Beryl get's more screentime compared to the old Anime, where she was mostly sitting on her throne and complaining about the generals failed jobs. Minako's Henshin was really good too. And now wait 2 damn weeks for the episode gosh... But still it's better, than what is waiting for us after episode 10... I'm starting to freak out happily only thinking about waiting 3 weeks again for a episode ._ ." Besides that I'm getting really curious and excited for episode 14 and possibly a new opening. | I think Minako sounds fine. But maybe it's because I've long forgotten how any of their original voices sound like :P The ending was kind of funny (sorry) because right after Tuxedo Kamen saves Usagi, then Usagi so powerfully jumps up to the top to deal with Kunzite again, but then proceeds to be saved again by Tuxedo Kamen. And wooow that preview sure spoils a lot. Still excited to see it happen though ^^ |

| What?! No "Crescent Beam"? Aww... Sailor Venus's transformation was a bit different than before. The "shiny" parts were different, but the part after she is costumed is about the same. | Great episode. I like Minako's new voice, I think it suits her well. Can't say the same for Artemis though...it's going to take me awhile to get used to his voice and (eyes @_@). He sounds old. Ahhh 'dat cliffhanger (even though most of us know what's going to happen anyways XD)! |

| Can't wait for the next episode I remember the first time the Princess was revealed in the 90s ver I had a tear in my eye.... but now im glad to see her being revealed the manga way! p.s. | With the interplay between Venus and Kunzite it looks like the mangaka is getting her way with the remake and the four generals may have a different fate this time around...something to look forward to. That was one of the more awesome anime kisses that I've seen, and it is only episode 8--I'm surprised that alone didn't bring back Mamoru's memories... |

| Damn, I spitted all my coffee straight over Sailor V, when Artemis said that she is Princess Serenity. I really must be old, because I don't remember this part. About Princess Serenity... Of course you wake up Kunzite, when he is peacefully sleeping in his green bubble. He must have been bored of the wait, and decided to take a nap. I guess attacking him without telling him beforehand is a breach of some sailor senshi aesthetics... Oh, look! Sailor Jupiter has her own green bubble! Now that Usagi stole a kiss from Mamoru, I hope everyone is happy :D |
| I had to pinch myself a few times during the episode with Artemis and V saying that Minako is Serenity. That's about the biggest line of BS I've heard in this series yet. But that said Minako currently is a complete 180 from the original series, can't tell if I like this development or not...and also NO CRESCENT BEAM! But I still got SUPREME THUNDER!!! |

| YESSS!!!! Sailor V has been formally introduced! It's weird that she didn't say anything before transforming but... the reason will be revealed in the next episode. The changes made from the manga are ok so far. I'm curious with the direction they'll take with the Four Generals next. I'm not sure how I can survive for the next two weeks. Waiting for a new episode is torture! Pls make this a weekly anime! |

| Lol why did Sailor V's sailor suit change like, 3 times within the first five minutes...she started with her blue and red outfit, then had her blue and orange outfit, and then her bow turned red...wut Also, I wasn't so crazy about Artemis' voice. And okay, when Sailor Moon was hit by the Kunzite and fell off the tower (and was then saved by Tuxedo Mask), why in the world would she jump right up in front of Kunzite again (especially without even attacking or anything)??? That was kind of annoying. |

| finally caught up to this and now im so sad because its a biweekly show which means double the wait ;_; im interested in the plot and romance though. pretty much loving everything except usagi's voice and that ugly CGI |
| awww Usagi x Mamoru are much cuter in this than the original anime, yay for her kissing him! I love how she calls him Mamo-chan and how he calls her Usako (even though her name is written on the handkerchief he picked up lol) But seriously, how is Mamoru/Tuxedo mask just jump-flying around on the Tokyo Tower when he doesn't have any magical powers XD |
