| This topic is part me ranting, and part me asking some Kannagi fans on what's up for this series. For the whole Nagi X Jin issue, I never really shipped the two nor did I really think a relationship between them was appropriate or good if it happened. No hate on Nagi or Jin, but the fact is, she is a goddess and she seems to be several centuries old at that, but she is also just part of the Kannagi goddess's spirit. I mention she is a goddess, but Nagi's purpose is still unknown even now, and I agree with the idea that she belongs to everyone, and not Jin. I know I will get hate for this, but I just don't see the good that would result from those two dating. Nagi has been polarizing throughout the story. She would support Jin in chasing other girls, and later, turn around and feel all girlish around him the next few chapter. I think this cycle repeated twice if not more. But the author rn seems to be pushing Jin x Nagi at this point. This leads me to also asking: Why is the story so confusing? I read this manga after I watched the anime, simply cause I wanted to "finish" the story of Kannagi in the sense that the anime felt so incomplete. I find that both the anime + manga are so incoherent since the plot is very difficult to follow. It was very difficult watching all of Kannagi and reading up to the current chapters, but I plowed through nevertheless, but I am still left with uncertainty and doubt at the direction of the story. I am curious, what do you find so great or interesting in Kannagi to keep you going? This feels like a series where i will completely forget and stumble across again in a few years when it's completed, and I'll finish it then. This story has not been memorable or compelling to me at all. |
| ._. well, if you can't follow and it's not memorable or compelling to you just drop it. It gets confusing at times but it's not completely uncomprehendable... I can only say that you should drop this already. |

| I still like it, it's cute and often enough entertaining, though some things really feel artificialy extended recently, there could probably more progress and less events where Nagi has problems with her body. Well, it is obvious that the author prefered Nagi X Jin since the beginning, the other girls are just there to cater other flavors and making the story longer. |
