| Ace fell asleep and James came back to see it |
| Ice butterflies were flying around the deck, some circling James, and some even landing on Ace. |

| Ace didn't really feel it as his father's coat was thick but James smiled at them |
| Lisbeth She closes her eyes with a childish smile as the butterflies floated around. |

| James wondered what the source was |
| Lisbeth She fooled around some more with her power as she used it to raise a pillar of water from the ocean, freezing it as she got higher and closer to deck level, and when if reached Lisbeth it froze in the shape of the flower at top. |

| James now figured out who it was and clapped his hands "your very good with you power" he said although he used his fake female voice |
| Lisbeth When she heard James she lost focus focus, some of her ice butterflies collapsing. |

| James instantly noticed and bowed "I'm sorry!" He said forgetting his fake female voice |
| Lisbeth -I-I-its ok. she quickly stuttered quietly. |

| "Once again sorry " James said then he decided to.introduce himself "my name is James Blackheart" |
| Lisbeth -L-Lisbeth H-Hammond... she presented herself shyly. |

| "Nice to meet you Lisbeth" James said |
| Fortis woke up from her sleep, She wiped any eye crust she could have on her eyes when she woke up. She walked up to the deck and saw the Ice things that lisbeth had just done "that was just magical." fortis says to lisbeth |

| [b]Julia[/b] Julia walked onto the deck. She watched a stranger on the ship for a bit, then walked over, using her usual commanding voice. [b]"You there, what's your name?" |
| "James Blackheart the one left in charge of the repairs" James said pointing to the Man 'O' War |
| [b]Julia[/b] "James Blackheart eh? Did you bring the supplies I requested as well?" |
| "Yes it is being unloaded as we speak" James said as he made his wings appear |
| [b]Julia[/b] Julia was a little bit surprised at the appearance of the wings, but didn't let it show on her face. "Excellent. Scribe! My cabin please!" She turned and walked into the her cabin, and sat at her desk once more. |
| James now flew back.to the Man O War |
| Ace eventually woke up and went outside of his quarters |
| Two sentries Wave Good morning at Ace as they pass by him, The sentries were heading to the positions they had been assigned. Fortis looked at the ice thing that julia had created, She was still amazed. |

| Lisbeth -Y-Yes ma'am! she stood straight, then ran to the captain's cabin after Julia. |

| Fortis was curious as to what would happen and follows lisbeth as she ran into the captain's Quarters. |
| Julia Julia did not notice fortis following Lisbeth in, and as such decided to get strait to the point of what she wanted to say. "Scribe, do you know why I called you into my cabin?" She was smiling at Lisbeth, and if looks could kill this one would. |
| Lisbeth She gulped and shook her head as a no. |

| Ace now went to explore the fort |
| [b]Julia[/b] She pulled a small contract from her desk, put a small set of reading glasses on, and began to read. "It is the duty of every crew member, regardless of their duties (Unless injured of course), to present themselves in the defense of the ship "The Phoenix" regardless of whether or not they are otherwise engaged or occupied. This is the only instance in which a crew member may shirk their duties." She smiled another killing grin at Lisbeth "Starting to realise where i'm going with this?" |
| Fortis was suprised and didint make a sound, She hid behind Lisbeth as the captain was talking. |
| Lisbeth She blushed in embarrassment as she slightly nodded. |

| [b]Julia[/b] Julia continued to read. "The shirking of the defense of the ship, will be judged by the captain, in a small conference where the defendant may present compelling evidence to prove they are innocent. The decision of whether or not a punishment is applicable, and if applicable, what punishment it shall be, will be left up to the captain." She dropped the contract onto the table, where Lisbeth's signature could clearly be read at the bottom of the page. "So crew member Lisbeth, do you have any compelling evidence to present as to why you shirked your duty in battle? And if you believe your the only one, your not, I have another meeting after this one." She looked at the girl, the smile that could kill was their, but also a look of compassion, one that begged the girl to present something good to show why she wasn't in the battle. |

| Lisbeth She gulped loudly, then bowed deeply. -I-I apologise, L-Lizzie was too focused on the row boat! she said quickly in shame. |

| [b]Julia[/b] Julia shook her head sadly, then looked back up at her. "It is the judgement of this captain, that at dawn tomorrow, you shall be punished with thirty lashes of a whip. The punishment will be carried out by quartermaster Ace. Please bring the ship's chief medical officer to my quarters now please." She rummaged around in her desk, and pulled another contract, reading it over as well. (Battle of London and the recent battle with the French) |
| (Wow, I sleep and my char gets punished...) Lisbeth -U-understood, captain... she stuttered, looking down with tears in her eyes, more of shame and disgrace than fear as she ran off to Sarah's quarters. |

| (Meh, idk but play along, Things could get better :P) Fortis looked at julia and said "i'll go after her" she follows lisbeth to where she went Jack came aboard and saw the running girl with Fortis after her Jack didint give a darn about the teenage girls and went to the Captains quarters and knocked. |
| [b]Julia[/b] "Come in" She didn't look up from the contract she was reading. |
| Ace had finished looking over the fort and now went back to the ship then he climbed to the post he used to inspect the flag then he stood there watching the see |
| Jack saluted then went Straight to the point "The Fort will need some Improvements and repairs if we are to be feared. The Weapons and Soldiers are Finished being positioned at the fort Though we may need more soldiers ." (jack doesint know about the reinforcements you ordered) |
| [b]Julia[/b] Julia nodded, but still did not look up from her contract. "Excellent work, I have already ordered more forces to join us here, as well as new weapons and uniforms so we can conscript any local forces to join us. If you collect Quartermaster Ace for me, I need to speak to him." |
| Jack had it in the back of his mind, So he asked the question "Pardon me for asking, But Who was the Little lass who Cried like a whale when i got on here?" |
| [b]Julia[/b] "That was the ship's scribe. She shirked duty in the face of battle, and I was forced to order a punishment." |
| Jack nodded "Well that is something, ill take my leave" he tipped his hat and left the room. He went and yelled over to ace "The Captain needs you" |
| "Alright" Ace said as he climbed down then went to her quarters |
| [b]Julia[/b] "Ace, i need you to do something tomorrow. You can refuse, and i'll do it myself, but it is your duty, so I figured I should at least let you know." |
| "Ok" Ace said as he took a seat |
| [b]Julia[/b] She had a sad look on her face. "I have issued a punishment of thirty lashes to the ship scribe for shirking battle duty, and I may have to issue a similar punishment to the ship doctor should she fail to present a compelling reason why she shirked her battle duty." |
