| Omg, loved this episode, watching Reinhard climb the ranks in the Empire is going to be fuckin awesome! Btw, since I just finished the original OVA it feels kinda strange to see Reinhard take orders from superiours. xD |

| Looks like the series is based solely on the ANnerose-Reinhard-Kircheis bond, with surprisingly a lot more focus on kircheis. Thats a good thing since I felt the original series does not focus that much on kircheis, especially his bond with Reinhard which proves to be crucial in the story later on. Its a good thing they made all these prequels, gives one a good chance to connect with and understand kircheis and his role in the main series. |

| I already love the gaiden series. It focuses on some aspects that don't appear too much (or too long) in the main series (ground battle, survival, Kircheis). Looking forward to more :) |

| Great episode is great. As others have said, the focus on Kircheis is definitely one of my favorite aspects so far. And, it's always fun to watch him and Reinhard outwit the enemy. |

| The logic of the Free Planet Alliance in this episode to leave their tanks is retarded . . . Why did they stop in the first place? I mean normally if you get ambushed by an unknown number of people, and know just that they have a weapon that destroys your vehicles, you would normally keep driving, assuming they are on foot so you can outrun them. |
