| "Well, you are clearly upset, so there has to be something wrong. I'm not stupid, Sabriel" Rahkami says |
| "Just drop it, I'm not in the mood and neither should you" she repeated stubbornly. Her lips were sealed. |
| Rahkami sighs "Well let's get your training started then, we start with basic supplies, tools and medicines" She says |
| "Your the boss" she shrugged standing up and Lookin f around waiting for instructions |
| Rahkami goes to get some items needed, she brings 5 vials with different liquids in them, couple tools and some supplies She picks up a needle, "I guess you know what this is but anyways, what is this and what is it used for" She asks |
| "It's a needle and you used it to torture us or numb pain or inject weird fluids that burn like agony or kill a disease" Sabriel spoke with a quizzical look |
| "Correct" Rahkami says and picks up a bottle of thick light green fluid and hands it to Sabriel "Try to figure out what medicine this is and what is it used for, this is something that should be familiar to you" She says |
| "Burns like hell to desinfected once you've cut someone open?" She asked this hesitantly, she sush ally just ignored and prayed to herself during her visits |
| "No... this one is applied on bandages to speed up healing of wounds" Rahkami says and hands her another vial with clear liquid in it "How about this one?" She asks |
| "Stop the bleeding?" She shot in the dark with no idea |
| "Yes, that is correct, this is the one i used on your arm to stop the bleeding" Rahkami says and picks up third vial with thick purple liquid in it "Then this one" She says |
| Fralka walks in with Ledo on his shoulder, he lays him in the bed Rahkami looks surprised, "Where the fuck did you find him, i just fixed his rib and now he comes back ten times worse" Rahkami says and quickly gets supplies and starts tending on Ledos wounds and injuries, "Sabriel, give me a hand, this is bad" She says |
| Ledo Ledo had already lost consciousness, his wounds bleeding heavily, internally and externally. |
| "Why? He wanted to die when he ran away, why not grant his wish?" She sighed crossing her arm on her chest, not moving a hair towards Ledo |
| "Stop being an idiot and help me for fucking sake" Rahkami says with angry tone towards Sabriels attitude. She picks up a needle and the vial of clear liquid, injecting it to Ledos arm, that should stop the internal bleeding she mutters to herself and quickly goes to get pile of bandages. |
| With a long sigh, Sabriel dragged her feet towards where Rahkami was, taking the bandages, "you get whatever else you need and I'll start bandaging the bleeding" she spoke while turning back towards the elf |
| Rahkami hands over two more vials of clear liquid, "Soak the bandages in this" She says and runs off to get what she needs |
| Ledo Ledo was breathing shallowly, despite being unconscious, his face was screwed up in pain. He coughed out blood, which splattered down his front and onto the floor, his lungs desperately trying to rasp in air. |
| Sabriel walked over to him sighing, while she started to soak the bandages and tie them around him where they where supposed to go, not the slightest part perturbed with the amount of coughing up blood, fated to kill eachother huh? she mused to herself while wrapping the bandages |
| Rahkami comes back with pile of splints and other supplies Noticing Ledo coughing up blood "Shit" she says and picks up her knife and cuts open his chest to check up his lungs and ribs |
| Sabriel takes a step back to give Rahkami space to work, just observing what she was doing |
| With quick analyze Rahkami sighs out of relief "lungs are ok, good... two snapped ribs, Sabriel, get me a vial with thick dark yellow liquid in it, there's a label that says 'Jhuner'" Rahkami says and works on stopping the bleeding while waiting for the medicine |
| Sabriel walks back to where she supposed everything was kept, running her fingers along all the vials. Finally she found the one she was sent to ask, and just like that she walked back over to Rahkami and handed the syringe |
| Rahkami takes the syringe of Jhuner and spreads it to the tip of the snapped rib and put it back where it was, holding it there for a while, the rib connects to other half like it would melt together, she does the same to another rib that had snapped. While waiting for Sabriel she had managed to stop the bleeding, all there was left was closing the wound and putting splints to their place, Rahkami closes the wound and steps to the side "You put the splints and set the bandages, he has left broken arm, right broken leg and ankle" |
| (God, i feel like My phone isn't ssnding the msgs on purpose now, this is like the third/fourth time) Slowly Sabriel nodded with an audible sigh, as she quickly yet gently picked up the splints and then wrapped the bandages around each broken part of his body, tight enough to support it and encourage it to fix itself, but not s tight that it would cut off the blood flow, which would be pretty bad actually. After 45 minutes of careful bandaging Sabriel had finished, she sat back and stood up straight, wiping her forehead with the back of her left hand. Bandaging had been quite awkward with only her left hand yet she ha survived. "Rahkami, I finished with the bandages, but you might wanna check to make sure they're not too sloppy" she called to wherever the woman was in the infirmary |
| Rahkami who had left back to her office comes to Sabriel "Alright" She says and makes a quick check through the bandages "Good job, these are pretty close to perfect, you were a big help Sabriel, thank you" She says and pauses for a while "I think this wraps up this day, come visit me again on friday, we continue your lessons then, oh and report to Romule what happened, the elf wont be able to leave for a while" Rahkami says |
| "Yeah sure" she answered not even looking at the probably comatose elf. Bandages was something she had had a lot of experience with doing, especially on solo missions "I'll take my leave then" she replied opening the door and stepping out |
| Ledo Ledo lay, sleeping peacefully now. |
| Ledo He woke slowly, groaning because of his wounds. |
| Rahkami walks up to Ledo when she hears his groaning "Good mornin'" She says |
| Ledo He opens his eyes, something was wrong, it was like his vision was narrower than usual. He puts his hand in front of his left eye, he couldn't see it. His vision was blind in his left eye, fantastic. |
| "Something wrong?" Rahkami asks as he notices Ledo putting his hand in front of his eye |
| Ledo He starts to panic, wondering if it was permanent, [b]I- I can't see from my left eye! |
| "Calm down and let me check" Rahkami says and grabs his head, checking his eye "Oh god, i'm afraid it might have gone blind" She says after checking up |
| Ledo Permanently? He asks, his right eye going wide, his left was too bruised to do so. Suddenly, a migraine hits him, he arcs his back in pain and grabs his head. It felt like he was being stabbed repeatedly in the head by knifes. He lets out a muffled grunt as the migraine ends, he pants and tries to catch his breath, he lies in the bed in discomfort. It looked like the migraines would be a regular occurrence. As he lay there, broken in so many ways, he began to cry. Great sobs racking his chest and tears falling down his bruised face. The world was truly unfair. |
| As Ledo started crying, Rahkami lays hand on his shoulder, trying to calm him |
| Ledo Eventually he calms down, only occasional sobs could be heard from him. |
| "Look, there is a way that possibly can save your eye, but i'm afraid that otherwise it is permanent" Rahkami says |
| Ledo He looks up at her, his eyes tearful, how? He asks, hope blossoming in his voice. |
| "There is a certain medicine that has a chance of fixing your eye, but it is a gamble if the medicine works" Rahkami says |
| Ledo What happens if it fails? He asks, his hope dying down a bit. |
| "Nothing, your eye would be permanently blind then, but there's nothing to lose so why not try?" Rahkami says |
| Ledo He nods, Alright, do it. He says, closing his right eye and waiting for her to do the procedure. |
| Rahkami get's some vials of different medicines, she pours a right mix into a bowl and mixes it, she then fills the needle with it and walks to Ledo "Alright, this might hurt a little, whatever you do, don't move or you will lose your eye" Rahkami says as she is getting ready to inject the medicine |
| Ledo He stiffens and prepares himself, he nods his head once, Alright, go. |
| Rahkami injects the liquid inside Ledos eye trying to make sure he doesn't move at the same time "There, now we wait for half an hour and if it works your eyesight should return little by little during next hour" Rahkami says |
| Ledo He nods and relaxes a little, [b]Thank you... |
| "No problem, you'll end up lying here for a while so just take it easy and get good rest" Rahkami says |
| Ledo He doesn't say anything but slowly falls asleep. |
| Rahkami nods to herself i'll check the eye when he wakes up, maybe i should prepare some medication for him, might help in recovery she mutters as she walks back to her office |
