Depends on the amount of players and how I set the score. On average about 40 minutes per game. If games tend to be shorter on a day because someone gets a point streak I may run 3 games, a session never takes longer than 2 hours. You can of course join and leave during any of the games in that session too, you can join and drop out in the middle of a game if you'd like.
