| Wow. In the manga the kiss somehow comes even more out of the blue than in the anime. I never really got a romance vibe between the 2, more like a close sibling thing. In a way the kiss reminded me of Misato's kiss to Shinji in End of Evangelion. I cannot fathom how Ophelia was allowed to be Claymore. She's clearly nuts. |

Like maybe later in the manga if Raki gets bigger and stronger (and older too) then it woulda been good, but it came out of nowhere right now. Maybe Clare just knew it would snap him out of it lol, I don't want this to turn into a romance though. |

I did not expect something like that right now, at first I thought it would be a tool to convince the little guy to go alone, though I'm most likely wrong, as she does care for him. Oh well. |
