Power: Let The Sparks Fly
Power Explanation: Remember Roy Mustang from FMA and how he conjured flames by snapping his fingers? This is what Seth can do, but with electricity. By snapping her fingers she can launch sparks that at contact deal shock damage before activating an effect, Seth having multiple types of sparks. She can only send out 2 sparks per post, and to launch a spark she needs at least 1 hand free.
Skill List:
Explosion Spark - explodes multiple times like fireworks, dealing random electric damage in an AOE of 2,5m radius
Chain Spark - expands like vines, lashing out at nearby enemies like a chain to electrocute them and can travel a max of 5m with speed
Bullet Spark - dealing additional electric damage, acting like a blunt and pierce hit at the same time that can also bring down and destroy objects
Light Spark - shines the area with bright light, blinding whoever had their eyes open for 1 post
Inner Spark - a passive spark that cannot be launched,giving Seth increased mobility and also allows her to send little shocks on contact with skin

Personality: Seth is on short a rebel without a cause. She's a tomboy to the limit, loving rock, skating and living on the edge. Believing that rules are ment to be broken, it's quite ironic how someone like her ended up in such a position as she's more of the detention type rather than the leader type
The truth is that there's more to her than meets to her. Yes, she might not obide to all rules, but in her opinion some rules need to be broken for a greater good, accepting her punishment if she fucked up to save day in the end. Seth is a very curious and active gal, friendly and loyal to the ones that gain her trust as that's not that easy, a trickter and a joker. She will always try to crack a joke to lighten the situation if needed, or pull a prank or something. She just dislikes to be bored and to see people feel down around her, as she's more of the type that's happy when others are.
There's also a more sorrowful side of her that she skillfully hides behind a smile, refusing with all her heart to cry even if she wants to. She's very protective and a team player, having a playful style of battle and never underestimating an oponent, more like curious to make them bring out their best for her entertaiment as she rarely is serious, known fact. Also, that doesnt mean she cant get serious, so be careful as when she does she becomes a real drill sergeant. Add that to her fuse and it will be the Bing Bang live before your eyes!
Bio: I hope I wrote enough. I didnt really have good idea.

"There is a famous scientist, known all around the world for his research and discoveries in many domains, like Quantum Science for example and many more. Simon Magnus is his name, founder and head scientist of Magnus Labs. He was never married, but he had 2 kids: Seth, the older brother, and Selena, his sister 5 years younger."
Spectator: *raises hand* Excuse me, but you told us that Seth is a girl.
Me: Shhh, Ill explain in a bit. Now keep quiet, will ya?
"As I said, this renowed scientist had a boy and a girl. Of course, given the busy man he was, he rarely could stay much at home with his children, thus over the years creating a crater between him and his family, relationships turned cold and soon not even letting his own offsprings know what he's up to."
Spectator: Why are we even interested in this man, anyway?
Me: Its something called "prologue", so stfu!
"Over the years the brother and sister grew together like they were orphans, the only difference was that they lived in a big house, went to a private rich school and that they had a father, one that wouldnt waste his time in visiting his children. Seth was the protective and kind nii-san, while Selena was the jolly and active imouto. They somehow lived happily, only the 2 of them against the world. Well, we all know such stories can't go on together.
One winter night, Seth hasnt returned home from school. Selena tought it was just him hanging around with friends over the night, so she waited till the morning... then next day... then the end of the week. The waiting began to tear the little girl, 13 years old at the time, appart from inside out. She started to lose sleep, she wouldnt eat, and worst of all was that her father gave no signs of noticing her pain and sorrow.
2 years have passed like that, and Seth has never turned ever since that winter. Now 15, Selena started to become paranoid and suspicious. Suspicious of her father to be exact. Someone should have told him that his own son is gone by now, yet he never ordered an investigation or anything. He might not seem to care, but a normal father would panick. Yet, he seemed so casual... like it was all natural... or part of a plan. Selena started suspecting him, so the first time since Seth left she entered his room, discovering that there were hidden some scrapbooks in a compartiment in the wall. Opening them with doubts in her heart, she discovered in them that before he left Seth had investigated their father, only to discover a series of blackmail, cheating, and stealing research from other scientists. Basically, none of Simon's work was his own.
This was a shocking piece of news for Selena, but in a second it all made sense. Seth didnt leave just like that, her father had discovered what he was doing... so he made him disappear. Determined to blow her father's cover of lies in revenge, she had snuck into his labs to find proof against him."
Spectator: When are we finally gonna reach an explanation in this story?
Me: Just wait, goddamit! Im on a roll here, even if I have to do some other stuff as well...
"After a long investigation through the labs Selena had reached the center of the building where seemed to be an experimental electrical reactor of something that seemed highly unstable. Deciding what was with it she decided to close the distance, but before she could get 1 metre away from it a loud sound heard from outside. As Selena was distracted something happened with the reactor and it spread in the room a shockwave that hit the little girl hard, knocking her unconscious...
After what seemed like a long while she woke up, her body somewhat numb as she heard an annoying intermitent sound. It was the intruder alarm. Right after she got on her feet guards barged in, making the girl freeze in fear at the tought that she was busted. However, before one of the guard could have come close to her to restrain her from instict she snapped her fingers, like to wake up from a bad dream, only to send out a spark that exploded near the guards in a shocking lightning. Being the first to recover from the surprise, Selena immediately ran away, managing to escape the lab. From that moment she became a fugitive."
Spectator: Helloooo, are you done yet?
Me: Give me a second!!!
"For the next 2 years Selena had been on the run, avoiding the guard as she tried to find a safe place from authorities. She could reveal her father's secrets, but nobody would believe a child, right? For now, however, she had other plans. She had discovered that a bit before her brother disappeared he signed up for some sort of school, Mirai High. However, the sign up request was not complete, only the same was written down... so Selena decided to go at that school in his place, taking his name in his honor... and unaware of the role he was supposed to happen..."
Spectator: Oooooh, so thats what happened.
Me: Yes, are you finally happy now?
Spectator: No
Me: Well I dont care, maybe somebody cares...
