I like it good job
They said "There is no santa clause" I simply asked them "If santa clause isn't real then are you?" After that the voices in my head stopped speaking to me

Looks good! Try making the right side of the chin towards the neck, more concave, and just a heads up, eyes may get smaller as they move fither away but in the case of manga they don't, you just make the other eye slimmer to make it looks like it further away than the bigger eye.

I haven't been drawing much on traditional paper but I got some sketches I did in history class for fun

and I got a draft for drawing Megumin digitally

Thanks :D but I would rather be able to draw creatively rather than from a picture like you. I suck at it and its the only reason I started to draw... I wanted to create an manga but failed.

@LMDY to draw manga well you have to learn how to draw realistically, I realised that after 2 years of trying to draw without realism. Manga freakishly easy once you learn the basic human anatomy.

I don't learn how to draw despite having art classes, in the UK, if you take art as a high school choice, you do more artist research and essay writing than drawing, atleast you do that if you want a good grade. I have complete freedom in my art classes, but I don't learn new drawing techniques, I'm told to develop my own and to copy people who draw like me to develop it.

I draw political cartoons, I envy anyone who can draw more realistically because my stuff just looks childish, I can draw realistically, but not as well as what you post, at least I think, I haven't drawn faces since 7th grade =w='

I draw objects well though ^w^

@Ray I had taken an applied art class which is making book bag designs, cup designs and things like that but luckily my art teacher gave me other options and allowed me to draw however once I kept failing at drawing anime I simply gave up but recently I have been thinking that it would be ok to start up again and test the waters with real and manga style art (although I really never started up). I can't draw what I'm not looking at so even if I do draw realistically a little Its something that a picture would of captured better. It's like a defeating feeling when you are just copying what you see. Which is why I envy people like you who have it... Be careful because I will come to you when you least expect it and still it >:D.......

hmmm i see, its a fine art. i do use the same technique but i didnt get that detail that far, afraid that ll look too stiff, and bad at drawing pure body (its hard sometimes to draw indentation or curvature so naturally for me without need to erase it with eraser several times)
*second picture
["Waga na wa megumin!" just remembered her quote] so thats how you do it, its nice. hm.. Shape of body first and then overdraw it with clothes, okay *adding to notes*. are you using "sai" by any chance?

Sai 4 lyfe.
I use paint tool sai, I got a crack version for free at first, but the bought it. It's way better than abode illustrator or any other drawing software for a Digital art beginner, it's simple and runs on low specs.

I noticed that the drawing of the guy's back has uneven limbs ;w;
I don' use my rubber much, I draw in pen a lot, you could say I like to live on the edge, but I mostly use pen because I don't draw as much in art as I do in my other subjects, since most my work has to be explained and linked =w='

If you wanna see the stuff I draw in my art classes I have some form a year ago

Well drawing from sight is a skill, you need good attention to detail and precision. The 2 spoilers I linked above are some examples of me trying to draw people, It doesn't really show how a shade, but it give you an Idea of how I exaggerate features too much >w<
If I learn to draw realistically before hand I would have been able to prevent that habit =w='

But I get what you mean, you don't get the same satisfaction from copying than you do drawing from imagination, it makes you feel like you're a tier above what you were. But bare in mind that most professionals can't draw from memory >w<

I think I went over the top with this, I was drawing Vladimir Putin in class and it turns out looking wrong in many ways.
