This does not keep her from getting wounded from every thing however she is capable of dodging some with her increased reflxes/agility/speed butwith her increased reaction time does allow her to react much faster then any normal human Weapon: Jackel-The Jackal is a massive pistol made especially for Rock and one of the most powerful handheld weapons.It has a length of 39cm (16 in), a weight of 16kg (35lbs), and a black gunmetal construction, and uses massive 13mm explosive rounds. Its unique design makes it seem as if it doesn't have a pistol slide; however, the entire upper assembly is the slide, and moves only a minimal distance compared to other guns', making it appear as if there is no pistol slide. The Jackal has its silver ejector port on the left side, implying that it is meant to be used in conjunction with the Casull (sending the shells to the left prevents them from obscuring the wielder's view). The Jackal fires a huge, powerful 13mm hollow point bullet and features tip containing a charge of mercury. While in training he didn't use a scope with a rifle , rock shot her target upto 1500 yards away dead center in the forehead. After that rock recieved the nickname dead eye. She is completely cold to everyone she meets, but she is loyal to her friends that she does have. Luna doesnt speak much which makes her the strong silent type. Luna likes to sing but she doesn't show others since she has a hard and tough apperance to uphold. Biography: Luna grew up in a seriously tough and dangerous world whilst in the shadow of her own mother. Luna recieved traing in military combat and firearms training daily from the time she was 4 years old till she decided to leave the safety of her mother. While Luna was training she showed and abnormal and unusual ability in shooting firearms, her aim was way past her mother's and anyone they had ever seen. Her marksman ship was perfect so he was given the name hawk eye . As gifts he was given large caliber guns such as the Jackel and casull, these guns are rarely seen used by Luna unless she needs to use them. The reason she doesn't use them much is not because they are heavier then normal hand guns but because they only have 6 round cartrages. When Luna turned 16 he was able to decide if she wanted to stay or go on her own, rock decided to go and see the world for her own will. Luna finally left Roanapur and the Southeat Asian underworld. |

| Name:Virgil Niel/Yui Niel/Shiina Niel Age:17 "800" Gender:Male and Female Faction:Cerburus Hounds Power:Sibling's Blessing Power explination:Virgil has the power to turn into either two things, a holy warrior or a demonic warrior. Although Virgil is already a warrior without either power, he doesn't have any of the potential benifits if he doesn't use his power. So with this power, he is able to give himself either a defensive benifit or big destructive power. Virgil Niel:This is Virgil, just a regular swordsman with decent swordsmanship. Virgil can transform into either of his sisters any time, but he can't turn from Yui to Shiina right away. He will have a cooldown on how long until he can transform. He can switch into either sister, but it will take some time to transform into them if he has already transformed into one of his sisters. He is also the wielder of Ascendance, the sword in which it was forged by a magical blacksmith. It can use it's holy light to cut enemies from a distance and at the same time, the slashes can block projectiles also. Though that might seem powerful, its power isn't strong. Defensively, it can block projectiles, but not weapons and offensively the slashes will only shove his opponent. There are no after effects on any transformation unless pain is involved. That would mean what Shiina tanks, Virgil would feel right after. He can stay in the form as much as he wants to, but if Yui or Shiina sustains too much pain in battle, Virgil is forced to go back into his original form. (Switching forms cooldown = 4 posts, Transformation = 2 post) Yui Niel:This is Yui, the demonic swordsman who shows no mercy to anyone who stands in her way. She has some of the best swordsmanship and she is tremendously stronger than most people. Ascendance will turn into Descendance and she can use it to blast opponents with its demonic essence. She may be strong, but she doesn't have any defensive capabilities other than using the sword to block attacks. Shiina Niel:This is Shiina, the freedom fighting warrior. She fights for the weak and defends them whenever possible. She has the best defense and has great endurance. Ascendance will turn into the Flag of Freedom and it can be used to make a shield in front of her and her teammates. She can also place her flag down into the floor. When placed into the floor, the flag can heal and provide a defensive buff to any nearby teammates. The buff and healing will last as long as the flag remains up and standing. If Shiina picks it up or it falls, then the buff and healing will be nullified. (Buff = 3x Endurance, Healing = 10hp per post) She may be tanky and defensive, but she lacks offensive ability and can only use her flag to attack opponents. Weapon:Ascendance - A holy sword forged by a magical blacksmith. It can use it's holy light to slash his opponents back and block projectiles. The slashes do not do any sort of damage, nor can the slashes block melee weapons. Descendance - This is Ascendance, but it has been tainted by demonic essence. This can only happen if Virgil turns into Yui. Yui can use this to make big slashed with the dark essences that had tainted Ascendance. Flag of Freedom - This is Ascendance when Virgil turns into Shiina. This holy flag can create a magical shield and heal others if placed down into the ground. It will also make her teammates and friends alike withstand more damage. Attributes: Superior Health Superior Agility Picture: Personality:Virgil - He is kind and selfless. He would help anyone in need, even if he doesn't get anything back in return. Although he likes doing that, he is pretty clumsy and dense. Yui - Unlike Virgil, she is repulsive and rude. She likes to hurt more than help. Yui is very sadistic and destructive. She also likes to fight others even if it might seem pointless. Shiina - She is friendly and eccentric. She isn't really comfortable with people she doesn't know, nor does she like being in big crowds. Though when people are in danger, she throws all that away in order to defend the weak and defenseless. She would also take the pain for others as she is also masochistic. She is also perverted and likes to joke around. Biography:Virgil was born 800 years ago with an angelic mother and a demonic father, with that fused, Virgil was the first half demon, half angel hybrid in the Cerburus Hounds. Soon, when he turned 17, his faction was attacked. His parents died and his sisters, Yui and Shiina, were on the brink of death. Instead, they channeled their souls into Virgil making him immortal in age and having the bodies and souls of his sisters. He continued to live his life with his sisters in his mind talking to him and fighting with him. This happened for 800 years, now his story continues, but this time, the factions are clumped together into one school. Now Virgil and his sisters inside him will have to live life with the two other factions. |

Other than that, there isn;t anything else I can tell you to change about your character. Just change the percentage boosts to attribute boosts and a better explanation on what specific kinds of weapons your weapon can break. |

Chel and Sea are those spirits, they also happen to be her mother and father. (read Bio for more info) This power can be used in any situation but unless it's a life or death situation, she can only summon 1. Once she uses this power she changes. She becomes angrier and generally more evil and a bit stronger. Cooldown: 8 posts (it does lots of damage) Attributes: Superior Strength Superior Agility Weapon: Deathmate: Deathmate is her sword, it absorbs blood from her body everytime she touches it for over 6 posts it will take 1.5 pints of blood from her. So wielding this too long can be deadly for her as an adult body has about 10 pints and she is young. She will produce more blood after she eats or drinks. Cooldown: 3 posts and she has to eat or drink (I'm planning to make her walk around with snacks) Picture: Personality: She is kind of hot heated sometimes but overall a sweet and kind person. Biography: Alice was born in France and sent to a boarding school from a young age. When she was 9 and still in boarding school her parents were attacked by angels. Her mother sadly died during the fight but Alice's father lived. Soon after the death they moved to a land called Incendium it was also know as Demon centeral. Many demons lived there, infact the whole population were demons. Alice asked why they didn't move there before and he responded "Your mother was a Lady in the demon ranks but heh, I did some stupid things so we were kicked out of Incendium But recently are ban was lifted. Your mothers royal title is no longer but we can stay here, where it's safe." But when she was 12 Alice soon learned that, when the angels came again and murdered her father along with dozens of other. During her stay there her father had given her a necklace, which lightly glowed whenever she was down, it shone brighter now. The people of the land helped Alice learn how to fight, what her necklace was, gave her a sword and even found this school for her. |

Power: fire of midnight Power explination: fire of midnight this is a special fire that was created by a masterful prophet of dark magic and fire. The prophet combined these two magics to create a new magic, this powerful magic is fire that uses dark magic to burn up to 7 meters thick of steel some barriers can withstand this magic depending on the foes strength requirements. This specialized fire magic runs through Setsu's viens and is really difficult to control, however this does make her immune to fire based abilities. Fire of midnight has the ability to overcome normal fire abilities but not neutralize them completely. Fire of midnight has a passive ability that makes it stronger in the night by 2x the strength. | Name:Jackie Halloween aka Dark puppeteer Age:12000 years old looks 14 years old Gender:female Faction:Cerburus Power:spacial distortion of the dark puppeteer Power explanation: this pulls puppets controlled by Jackalett to be pulled from different dimensions in time. These puppets appear as the area warps as they appear from the space in time, these puppets aren't connected to Jackalett body or strings however she does need to have control over them by telepathy as her pplcommand. This doesn't stop her from free movement in anyway, however jackie is only able to fight freely if she has only one puppetto control at a time. There is a limit to how many she is able to control however, Jackie is able to control up to 2 dolls at one time. These dolls can appear from and disappear from any place as if they were never there however the dolls may only appear next to jackie. This is mainly a storage area that she created intime to hold her weapons, Jackakett is also able to use this to travel. Jackie has over 20 puppets she can use(these puppets will be made later on, also this does not control time in anyway.) This works with her weapon also. Puppet of midnight- this puppet is ineffective by any type of fire, if this puppet is attacked by fire it's destructive power doubles in destructive power. Puppet of the storm- this summons lightening storms that strike the ground, if the foe is hit will cause 2x the damage to the foe,. This is an AOE (area of effect) Puppet of nightmare- this puppet becomes what the foe fears most, it's power also increase by 2x the original strength.(this is upto who ever is fighting really) Puppet of elements- this puppet is capable of adapting to the opponets fighting style which allows it to copy the opponet. Weapons:scythe(Jackie is capable of swinging this with one hand with ease) Scythe picture- Her hands-while swinging her scythe with one hand she can use her free hand to cause a blunt hit with her palm and knuckles, this sends a blunt Shockwave through the opponets body not only stunning her opponets but also causing minor internal damage and bleeding. The more the opponet is hit with this the more damage that will be caused. (The hit force can be seen upon impact expanding from between the palm and the area that was hit.) Attributes Superior-speed Superior-agility Picture- Picture2- Personality/Bio- Jackie is a quiet very sadistic girl with a sick twisted personality, Jackie doesnt speak much if at all but she does laugh twistedly, Jackie plays the piano alot. As for lilies fighting style her techniques are dirty as she doesn't play by the rules, when she fights her body can be wounded but it doesn't affect her as her body is empty shell. She bleeds but it doesn't affect her physically, at least not to the naked eye. Jackie body is in a different space in time as she teleports her thoughts to her puppet body the wounds work the same way, as the make their way to the real one. Jackie is actually the prophet of time as she was once known by in the old Cerburus clans. Jackie is an immortal, Jackie watched the ppl dearest to her disappear before her throughout the centuries till one day she hid herself in time in between demin sins and formed this puppet body. Jackie has been alone ever since long since disappearing to reappear centuries later. Jackies eyes look soul empty and dead with the feel of no life (eyes have the event appearance in the pictures). She even has the same mindset as a child unless she is fighting then her sadistic and evil side come out as she looses her innocent side and fills with blood lust. |

| @Titanania Your character should only be able to hold 2 puppets at a time since having 3 puppets would make your character adaptable to any situation. The puppets should also only be able to appear next to Jackie since the fact that the puppets can appear behind someone seems OP. As for the puppets in general, there is some problems with them being a bit too strong. @frogoten The power itself seems like a one time use ability. I'd like to know its cooldown or if there is anything else you're able to do with the power. If Kholod was able to keep this ability, then I suggest that you should reduce the boost he gets. Also how strong would the slash be? Oh and responding to your comment, you only have a max of 100 points since you aren't an admin, though if your bio is interesting enough, you can be rewarded extra points that you can redeem in the future. I don't know though if you're only allowed to have 2 stats for the entire character. I'll have to ask the creator for that. Otherwise, just fix your power and make a good bio. (Just a side note, is Trigun good? Your forum pic actually interested me XD) |
