READ THIS THREAD AND EVERY POST BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE IN THE CLUB

GENERAL RULES

1. To start playing, first SEE CHARISMA POINTS, YOUR RANK, MONEY AND YOUR CHARACTER STATUS HERE
2. Then CREATE YOUR CHARACTER HERE
3. After creating you character and deciding which mob you choose to join, a MOBSTER RANK: THUG will be assigned to you.
4. Then you can JOIN SCHEME HERE
5. RP-ing in the SCHEME and participate in MOB WAR to Gain Charisma Points to upgrade MOBSTER RANK in your current Mob, then BUY PROPERTIES HERE
6. After you have properties and reach RANK 5: CAPOREGIME, if you want, you can move out from your current Mob and MAKE A NEW MOB WITH YOU AS THE LEADER THERE. Your RANK in your new Mob will be the same as your RANK in your previous Mob.
7. If you decided to have your own Mob, and if you have properties, you can locate your Mobsters in those properties to increase your chance to be successful in SCHEME and MOB WARS.
8. Be careful that when you make your own Mob, and if you lose to some MOB WAR, your Charisma Points in all Mob will be decreased.
9. If your Charisma Points in your own Mob goes down to below Rank 5: Caporegime , your Mob will be closed, and you have to join other Mob again to increase your Charisma Points.
10. Reaching certain MOBSTER RANK will give you the status of Officer/Admin in this club. SEE RANK PRIVILEGES HERE
11. If your Charisma Points on other Mob is higher than your current one, you may transfer to that other Mob to gain a better rank and special privileges there

YOUR CHARACTER STATUS



CHARISMA POINTS AND MOBSTER RANK
1. Actively joining the SCHEME and MOB WAR will grant you Charisma Points
2. Charisma Points are used to upgrade your character's rank
3. You can check your current Charisma Points and Mobster Rank HERE
3. Higher Rank mobster will have more priviliges than the lower one. SEE HERE
4. Depending on how you Role Play in the SCHEME or MOB WAR, your charisma points in a Mob may be increasing or decreasing.

YOUR MONEY
1. Actively joining the MOB WAR and complete the mission will grant you MONEY.
2. MONEY is used to buy items in stores, buy vehicles, buy properties, pay for hospital, stay in hotel and so on.
3. You can check your current MONEY HERE

YOUR INFAMY STATUS
1. Depending on how you RP, your INFAMY STATUS may be increasing or decreasing.
2. High Infamy Status will put you in difficult situation with the Polices, and your character may end up in prison.
3. Character in prison will be inactive for certain period unless there are certain Schemes that can be triggered within the Prison.

SCHEME


SCHEME RULES
1. A SCHEME is like a mission where member RP-ing making story line using their created characters. SCHEME will be updated in every weekly basis
2. Depending on how you Role Play in the SCHEME, your Charisma Points in one Mob can be increased, but on other can be decreased.
3. You can gain Charisma Points by Role Playing in the SCHEME, or participating in the MOB WAR.
4. A MOB WAR is an event that can be triggered during the SCHEME.

SCHEME ABILITY
1. The name of the SCHEME ability is the same as the MOB WAR ability, but they will have different effects.
2. The SCHEME ABILITY can only damage a person mentally, while the MOB WAR ability can damage a person physically

MOB WAR


MOB WAR RULES
1. Special thread will be made for MOB WAR, and the Battle Description will be defined related to gaining and loosing Charisma Points in that thread.
2 The battle will be in Tag Team mode based on the Mob.
3. Weakening a Mobster to HP=0 will increase your Charisma Points.
4. Weakening the higher Rank Mobster to HP=0 will increase your Charisma Points drastically.
5. When your HP=0, means you loose the battle and your Charisma Points will decrease depending on the SCHEME/mission description.
6. Each SCHEME or Mission will have different requirement for your Mob to win.
7. The MOB WAR system use the Combo system as can be seen below in the example.

MOB WAR ABILITY
1. The name of the SCHEME ability is the same as the MOB WAR ability, but they will have different effects.
2. The SCHEME ABILITY can only damage a person mentally, while the MOB WAR ability can damage a person physically
3. Your MOB WAR ability must not be OP. Here are some Rule of Thumbs when creating Mob War Abilities:

1. Your ability should focus only on attack, cure, inflicting status or damage. Mostly the ability cannot be all of them.
2. If there is the case that the ability has to have the effect as the combination of some of them, then each of the effect (damage, inflicting status etc) should be balanced and not OP.
3. Improvement of your characters can be seen as they Rank Up in that they can use more Ability and Attack Combo in every 5 turns as explained in the example below.






MOBSTER ATTACK, CURE and ABILITY RULES
1. When you enter the game by start posting, your initial energy will depend on your rank, you can directly take actions if you want
2. Your energy can go up to your max HP...., or decrease to 0
3. In each turn, you will have to choose your action, then state everyone's current energy by copy paste the previous user's post with the values changed based on your actions
4. The number of actions you can use in each turns depends on your mobster Rank. SEE HERE
5. Each attack will reduce energy of any user by 1, and each cure will increase energy of any user by 1
6. In each turn, you can use all of your actions to 1 user, or distribute your actions to other 2 or more users
7. Of course you can heal other users or heal yourself using some of those actions
8. However, you can only use heal up 1/3 of your maximum actions times in each turn, and the rest of the actions you can use them to attack

9. A character can use their ability in any turn, But after using the ability, he would not be able to use abilities again until after 4 turn.
10. Each ability has a cool down period, you have to modify that value for each ability in every of your turn. See the example below.
11. A character can use their abilities simultaneously as a COMBO (maximum simultaneous abilities that can be stored is 1. So its better to use abilities as soon as you have the chance to do so)
12. There are limits of how many abilities you can use per 5 turns, depending on your Mobster Rank. SEE HERE

13. The battle will run in a taking turn manner. The agility of character is based on their Rank. SEE HERE
14. If more than 1 characters having the same rank, the order for the turn is based on the first letter of the name using Alphabetical order.
15. Players can define the settings and talk with each other during this battle. The conversation should be put at the below of the post.
16. A player will loose his turn if not taking action after 12 hours when during his turn.

PROPERTIES


BUYING PROPERTIES TO LOCATE YOUR MOBSTERS

1. Once you reach Mobster Rank 7: Associates. You can buy small property. And when reaching Mobster Rank 5: Caporegime, you can buy big properties.
2. Properties are used to locate your mobsters that will allow you to join certain SCHEME and MOBSTER WAR.
3. If you do not have properties, you will not be able to have Mobsters, since you do not have the place to put them. (See detail here: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1521417)

TRAVELLING in MAP



Calculating Distance in MAP and How it Affects the SCHEME and MOB WAR
1. Grid view of the map is used to check the distance between one place to another. You can count how many squares away from a place to another.
2. The counting should be done in a non-diagonal way using only horizontal and vertical movement.
3. Also the counting should follows the path of the road.
4. The distance will determine the timing of the SCHEME and MOB WAR to occur using hours. (For instance: if Mob A 8 squares away from the Location and Mob B 10 squares away, then Mob A can start the SCHEME [(10-8)*X] hours or 2X hours earlier than MOB B. Here X is the value depends on the type of vehicle you use. The faster the vehicle, X would be smaller so that in this case Mob A will arrive earlier than Mob B. This may allows them to have advantage of setting Traps and all if they knew that Mob B will arrive soon)



RULES TO BE ABLE TO TRAVEL
1. If you are still a subordinates in a Mob, you must ask permission from your Boss in order for you to be able to travel outside the Mob House.
2. You can ask permission in any SCHEME you are in whenever you feel that you have finish your part over there.
3. Certainly you can also go out to travel around if your boss allows you too.
4. You need time to go to one place from another. The time required for you to travel depends on your TRAVELLING METHOD.
5. Realistically, you cannot obviously be at two place at the same time.
6. If you are in one place, then your boss phone you to go back, you need time to travel back.



TRAVELLING METHODS
1. Walking: each square grid is traveled by 12 hour. (eg: from 12M to 9L is 4*12=48 hours walking distance)
2. Vehicle: each square grid is traveled by X hour, in which the value of X depends on the type of the car.

PLACES AND THEIR GENERAL FUNCTIONS


1. SCHEME and MOB WAR can happen in any of the places such as Shopping Area, Police Station, Chapel and so on.
2. Depending on where the SCHEME / MOB WAR occur, certain events or intervention from other parties such as polices, citizens may be triggered.


GENERAL FUNCTIONS of PLACES



BANK
1. You can borrow money at the Bank. Each Bank will have their own limit of the money that you can borrow, and will have their own penalties when you are not paying back the money on time.
2. You can try to rob a bank, but certainly that will trigger a SCHEME and WAR between you and police officers, and depending on how you RP, you infamy status may be increased and you may end up in prison.
3. When your properties are being confiscated by polices, you can take back your property back in bank by paying certain amount of money as described HERE



SHOPPING AREA
1. You can buy legal items in shopping area such as food, medicines, and other goods for you to be used in many occasions such as in SCHEME or MOB WAR.



WEAPON STORE
1. You can buy illegal items in weapon store such as gun, traps, and other goods for you to be used in many occasions such as in SCHEME or MOB WAR.



BAR +QUEST
1. Sometimes in Bar, the Bartender may offer you a Side Quest / Side SCHEME that ask you to do certain jobs and may give you a reward.
2. Each job given by the bartender may give you the opportunity to gain extra Charisma Points and money, but some may increase your infamy status, or decrease you Charisma Points so watch out.
3. When you are taking job from Bartender, basically your character cannot be active in other main SCHEME/MOB WAR. So make sure that you have finished your main SCHEME, and do these kind of jobs when you have extra times. But the decisions again is up to you.



HOSPITAL
1. When your character damaged very bad physically, then you may end up in hospital picked up by ambulans.
2. You need to pay for the hospital services.



HARBOUR
1. You pay money, then you can use boat service to go to certain place faster.



POLICE STATIONS
1. Depending on your infamy status, you may end up in prison or pay fine if you too near to Police Station. See more detail HERE



COURT HOUSE
1. Sometimes you may end up in court house when your infamy status is too high, and when you decide to defend yourself against the law as not guilty.



VEHICLE SERVICES
1. Here you can buy cars using your money so that you can speed your traveling time from one place to another.



CHAPEL
1. Need a guide about life, meet the priest here.



SCHOOL
1. Just another place to relax with your friends and family.



PRISON
1. If you infamy status is high enough, you may end up in prison. See the detail here: HERE



HOTEL
1. If you happen to be kicked out from your mob, then you can stay at hotel, but you need to pay per night for it.
