I personally enjoyed Ai no Kusabi, the art might have been slightly strange at first but, as I watched on I got used to it and loved the plot.
On the second place I have Zetsuai Broze, in my opinion it was also a brilliant anime.

Kirepapa made me laugh quite a lot, it was extremely sweet at the same time.)

Fuyu no Semi and Hyakujitsu no Bara are also amazing, I can never choose between the two.

Hahaha, usually I watch or read things out of curiosity too, just to see what all the fuss is about, but this one I avoid like the plague. I just know it'll scar me.

The most memorable yaoi anime? Enzai, no doubt about it. I have never seen so much rape in one OVA.

Most memorable? When it comes to anime nothing stands out in particular (sure I have favorites, but they all have equal memories for me). So instead I'll go with a manga. The first yaoi manga that I physically owned, Dear Myself. I don't think that the manga itself was all that great, but the fact that it's been on my book shelves for almost a decade means that it's special for me. I've seen it's binding more than any other yaoi in my collection, so it's very memorable. :) Whenever I hear of an anime that starts with "Dear" it makes me think of that manga.

So hard to choose! But my choices would go to the 2 that made me cry like no tomorrow, aka Ai no Kusabi and Fuyu no Semi.

Probably No. 6. Even though the ending wasn't as good as shown in the manga, You could tell How much Nezumi and Shion cared for and wanted to protect each other.
