Yeah don't know what's really going on. According to their twitter it's not a production delay and the episode itself is already completed. So something else is causing the delay.

I bet they got in trouble with the law about Lolicon hentai. Almost everyone Lolicon hentai I watched been delayed so i wouldn't imagine the delay this has.

If they did get in trouble with the law it would've been outright cancelled. but it's just a delay, so i doubt it's that.
